This is worst place in the entire globe, they first try to tell all sorts of lie to the customer to get the business.the lie starts with store manager and goes down to each representative. All are fake promises and they don't even know how to behave with customers. They should need a basic training and why Xfinity is allowing these kinds people on the Front desk and allowing to treat customers badly?

Some of their fake Promises.
1. Tmobile Switch to Xfinity (200$ fake reward).
2. Xfinity tie-up with Bestbuy Geek squad.
3. Returns unaccepted.

The first visit for every customer will be of fake promises and second will completely avoiding customer and avoid return by telling all the stories and in the end, they will say the return period is over. I should be the first and last victim of these fraudsters.
I cannot rate a single star, because they don't value the customers.

Drove around the Avenue of East Cobb for 15 minutes looking for this store and it doesn't exist. Must have closed some time ago. Asked two shoppers and they said it was closed some time ago.

Keith was very knowledgeable and professional. He was supportive when I had an issue with one phone. He and Brandon were persistent and finally got the issue fixed. I am super happy and highly recommend them.

I had been getting no help from Xfinity technical support online or over the phone. While in-store Xfinity rep, Shamira, was unable to resolve the problem, she was very attentive, knowledgeable, personable, empathetic and tried everything that she could do to help. She scheduled a field technician to assess, and hopefully, solve the problem.

Be careful going here. Says they open at 10 but they don’t open until 11… even though their door says 10… myself and 3 others were waiting out front for them to open and there was 2 people working there. So there was no reason for them not to open at 10 when they are supposed to!

Very rude manager with lots of attitude and don’t know what he is talking and very aggressive and not even taking care of customers and he is giving wrong plans and saying it’s a strategy and gave wrong info about plans and end of billing he is showing different amount which was not mentioned before and saying word it’s a business strategy.

Without asking, they offered plans that reduced my cell cost for three lines. Also, wrote down the process to use with my carrier, too port the lines over to their cell network. Saved ~ 50% off my total monthly cell cost. So yea, I’m very satisfied

Ashley was extremely professional and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products and services. She took her time and explained everything to my mother who doesn't like talking about technology that much. With her service my mother walked out with a Brand new Samsung S22 a major upgrade from her old outdated phone. If you need help I highly recommend speaking to her about your internet or mobile needs.

I just changed the location of this store. It's near Simply Mac and not where it shows currently. Also NO WAY to call the store to check on available inventory! Bad.

I am in East Cobb (Marietta). If it worked, it would nice, but it doesn’t. Since we signed up, we have had almost daily problems with internet and cable. Customer service is nonexistent. In fact, they hung up on me or transferred with out solving my problem almost every time I called. I have easily spent 6 hours on the over the past 30 days with no resolution. Product is so bad, that I am paying early termination fee to get out of contact. Despite all the problem, which they are aware of, they still want a fee to cancel the contact. Do yourself a favor, avoid Xfinity/Comcast like COVID 19.

I have stopped in to this store on two occasions and was warmly greeted both times. Origen helped me in a kindly manner the first time and another time a nice young lady helped me and gave me tips on cell phone use.

Went to this store to upgrade our cable, landline, and internet and they were so nice, Origen, who works at this store was amazing, he got everything done and it was fast and easy! I was having wifi issues and they sent out a tech, Austin, who was awesome and fixed everything. Overall great experience with this store! Definitely recommend.

Do not have issue with this store. But need place to vent. Service was supposed to be out for a little while yesterday am to switch to fiber (I guess). Here we are 2 days later and still no service. Cust service is not taking calls and nobody can provide insight when service is to return other than as soon as possible. Set up to recieve a text when service is restored. Expected longer outage yesterday as none of this is easy or quick to do. However, more realistic updates should be provided.
