18It's a terrible service, I went to get the service but they didn't come to connect me, they were just lying to me that they were going to send me someone to connect me and pay 180 dollars and they never came to connect and when I went to return it and they didn't give me my money back They were just stealing my money
I had cancelled my service and just needed to drop off my equipment. The wait just to drop off was annoying. They need to do better. Oh, and cancelled because they raised my rates two months in a row. Not cool.
Great job by Stennett at the Abercorn 12 Oaks location. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all our technical questions and was able to upgrade our 5 year old modem. Will definitely do business again!
Christopher Gibbons, lead sales consultant is the best of the best. He solved my problem with A new box type. That did it, problem solved. Mr. Gibbons is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to xfinity. Thank you very much Mr Gibbons.
Drove all the way to the savannah store at twelve oaks staff not very knowledgeable at all about mobile phones seemed to be more concerned about signing people in than helping customers sad
This company charged me for mobile service I did not request and will not leave notes to reimburse me and when calling again will put me on hold so I don't get reimbursed. Stay away from this company
Left another carrier in March to come to Xfinity, because they offered more options for what I was looking for as a consumer. Offered great customer service, and support when needed and overall was happy with mine decision.
However, as of today I’m considering going to another carrier based on customer service negligence not only with a representative with the supervisor. A data service for my iPad that I was billed for was never given to me for months and I did not realize it because I was using Wi-Fi, was not credited to my account or funds returned because they said I did not report it sooner? !? ! Was stated that their policy would not let them credit my account for service is not reported sooner. The only way that I knew about it. Was because I had a question about my bill. I am ready to return everything, and go to a different carrier based on principle alone. Not a happy customer currently.
I don't know how anyone cannot give this store 5 stars. It is run professionally and efficiently. Mr. Stinnett Smith was outstanding! He handled my questions with patience and politeness. That was a challenge being that I am a total idiot when it comes to anything electronic. Lol. Good job folks.
This is one of the worst locations to go to. You will always wait for 30-45 minutes to be helped. Go to the Victory location. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for help.

Intentionally throttles your home internet from 10AM to 7pm, everyday if you live RICHMOND HILL AREAS. Enjoyed this nonsense for 4 years. So happy they can't manage their own grid.

Xfinity will cut your internet off and you can’t correspond with them at all, but once you pay your bill.you can talk to them just to have them try to upsale to you. Worst customer service to do such a thing! I set up a payment arrangement and they turned my internet off 3 days before it was due. How is that possible?
Technician #9070 did an outstanding job when he arrived at my residence. I told him we had good connection on the inside. He checked the pole and proceeded to replace the outside wiring for the cable and internet. And almost a week later there has been no problems. The past 2 techs that came out, all they did was hold a phone up and say everything is fine. Tech #9070 knew exactly what to do and wasn't afraid of hard work. Thank You.
Very bad customer service and have to wait 2 to 3 days to put my information in just to see if I can get internet at my house that's not very good
I praise the gentleman with the wierd looking glasses because I just heard him get cursed out for something out of his control by a d.bag I have no problems when I come here though these guys need a raise
I've had xfinity internet for two years. 163 a month. I switched to AT&T for 80 and that's fiber. My internet is amazingly faster than xfinity for half the price. Lastly when I called xfinity to cancel service they took four days to do that, we all know that can be done in a minute. Then they withdrew a full months payment knowing they weren't due that much money. Now I had to go through the trouble of getting a refund back. Poor business all the way around in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and stay away from xfinity.
