Danielle is awesome! I came into the store to swap out some equipment. The store was full of customers waiting and one other sales person besides Danielle. Danielle saw the long line, she sprang into action by going down the line asking customers their names and the reason for their visit. She was able to field concerns and fill requests on the spot. She is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She is a true asset to Xfinity especially in this store location that has a high volume rate. Hats off to Danielle!

Visited the store to bundle Internet and mobile phone services. The visit started off quite rocky as the rep who was helping me initially did not appear to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
Then Sean stepped in and resolved everything quickly and to my satisfaction.
Very pleased with the service, the speed with which everything was resolved and the attention to detail.

Worst company for internet true thieves, I cancelled the service had to pay an extra month and three years later they want to charge me 400 saying I didn’t cancel and I have their letter confirming cancelation waiting for it to give me trouble with any loan to sue them in court.

! SCAM AND FRAUD! Went there to change plans insisted I cancel and get a new plan then they don't cancel the previous plan so I get charged twice this store specifically is running a scam and fraud on its customers and refusing to do anything I still can't get the previous account cancelled and they're trying to charge me AGAIN

Literally been standing here over 45 minutes, no one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help and they just sat here talking to each other and not assisting. Straight rude and disrespectful

Great staff here, I was really frustrated with calling over the phone, it’s truly a circus. I think this was the best idea to put stores. The store must be doing a great job because it was packed! But when I walked in, I was greeted, signed in and told I could have a seat or look around the store. The staff was funny and friendly. My wait was about 35 minutes. But honestly, I pictured I would have to wait that long on hold with the phone so kudos young team you helped me with my issues and kept a customer!

Matt and David were nothing but nice to us. Tameka was a rude mess. She was so nasty to both Matt and David. I saw her creating confusion with different team members and arguing with the two guys. They handled her very professionally because you don't get up in another co-worker's face and argue with them! You can see the pressure put on these young men and with the attitude she gave them I wouldn't be surprised if they quit. She's not working as a team. She snaps at the worker's

Worst xfinity store ever, they dont even acknowledge you when entering.at this point i’m switching from xfinity all together their customer service is trash!

Comcast Coax from the street to the haus sagging badly - caught by passing truck - coax ripped from pole. IIMPOSSIBLE to report to PERSON. A WEEK later tech came after TWO Comcast initiated cancellations. Tech replaced coax but NOW it is lying literally ON the roof. A little help - - - NEVER - - - - believe Comcast propaganda/promises.
