A big shout out to Bree for literally spending 2+ hours to fix a problem when we had a billing concern. A hugh thank you to Courtney for double teaming with Bree to help with another concern. These ladies were awesome. They knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. This location in Douglasville is top-notch. I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Shaun was/is the best, A+

I was very upset with an issue and was ready to shut down my account with Xfinity! Shaun engaged me as soon as my girlfriend and I walked into the store, was ready and willing to help me immediately. He was just finishing up with another customer, came over a few minutes later, and took care of my issue which wasn't a quick fix. He explained to me what was needed to address my needs with accounts department and even dialed customer support for me to push the process along. My issue was resolved a short time after that. While helping me, he still found time to greet other customers that just arrived into the business.

Shaun is the embodiment of what true customer service should represent. He was: friendly, had a smile on his face, knowledgeable, eager to help, outgoing in his service to solve the issues, sociable with a substantive conversation, honest and truly wanted to make our experience there a happy one. I felt at ease the entire time, I wasn’t pushed to purchase more than what I needed. He was polite to my girlfriend and shared some great similarities since they are both from Queens, NY. Again, we only found this out because he was so engaging with us with a great conversation.

I hope Mr. Xfinity sees this review and understands that they have a great employee working for them who is actually trying to keep customers happy with the business; had it not been for Shaun, I was about to walk out and go with another provider due to my frustration. He made me believe that Xfinity is worth staying with! Shaun, welcome to Georgia and I hope the sky is the limit for you and your wife, thank you so much from Jennifer & Michael.

Not a great service to have, would not recommend. My wife and I have service with them but they wouldn't allow us to have authorization to the account.
I'm clueless, we bought the phones, pay the bill, can pick up the phone and use it but don't have authorization to the account. Wow!
I'm moving my mobile service, you lost my not one but two customers this evening.

I just want to start off by saying, The assistant manager Jordan needs a raise. Top tier customer service and not only was he good at what he does, he is fast! Dude was helping me out and 4 other families while on a call for porting my number to the new service. Never seen someone multitask with such grace.

I made my appointment yesterday for a technician to come out to my house today and was told they would be there between 8am-8pm but they never came called 3 times and they said they are certain someone will be coming but nobody every came. After my final call at 7: 40pm they said they won’t be able to come out since it’s to late so they rescheduled my appointment for the following Monday after I was told someone will most certainly be at my house today. I’m very frustrated with xfinity as they are not reliable. I will be canceling my subscription and never using xfinity again

Professional Professional Professional. Devaughn Byrd is the manager at this location and he exceeded my expectations of what the head of a store should be. We left a phone carrier (i wont say who lol), but Devaughn and his staff makes this phone process so easy and stress free. I will recommend this location and i highly recommend asking to speak with Devaughn the manager.

The representative Jordan Loring at this store is heaven sent. We walked in stressed and left feeling great. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service made us feel welcome and cared for. We will continue to be Xfinity customers mainly because of Mr Jordan. If it was not for him I would have considered leaving the company. Great job Jordan I hope the higher-ups look at this review and you become a corporate manager

Let me start with, I don't have Xfinity due to their Bait and Switch tactics. They run ads saying you can get their service at a certain price, yet when you go in to sign up, the cost is double what they advertise. I am writing about their complete lack of burying their cables once someone does get service. My neighbor got Xfinity on the 9th of July. They laid cable across my yard (almost 200 feet). She was told they would return in 3 days to bury the cable. Here we are on August 24th and the cable still hasn't been buried. I can't cut my grass because of the cable on top of the ground. My neighborhood has orange cables everywhere. I'm going to mow over the cable if it's not buried by tomorrow and they can come out and repair another line! I'm so sick of these companies that lie and have such sorry customer service! I've also noticed the only reviews this company responds to are the 5 star reviews, no response to the folks having issues.
EDIT: I tried the "link" sent to me on the reply. What a shock, the link doesn't work. I love the way they try to make reviewers think the are solving issues. September 1st and the cable is still in my yard. My greatest wish is that everyone with Xfinity cancels their service all at once. Maybe if this horrible company had no customers left, they would realize, WE the consumers are why they have a business to begin with!

I first went to an Xfinity near my old house to get new cable and internet at my new construction. Worked with the lady for 2 weeks who continually text me to tell me that the work order was being worked. Upon closing and moving in, no further text or answered. We went to the Douglasville Xfinity store worked with Jordan who not only said there was never a work order quickly got the work order in and had my cable and internet up and running in less than a week. He also went away above and beyond to text me continually with updates about the order and get the equipment I needed very quickly. I would say 10 stars if I could. Jordan has been absolutely wonderful.

My husband has been a Comcast subscriber since early 1990’s. We had an appointment Sunday afternoon with our local xfinity store in Douglasville Ga for xfinity mobile phone upgrade and other service’s. I have to say our experience with the customer service rep was above and beyond what we have ever experienced with Apple geniuses at either Cumberland or Lennox Square Mall’s. Thanks Luis.

So, I asked to speak to a manager after a horrible treatment by the Hispanic gentleman who worked at the location. I have to use his ethnicity since he would give me a name or employee Id. He gave me a troubleshooting line, lying saying this is his manager's line (See picture). Terrible customer service and I want to speak to his manager.

I came to the store to get a modem and sign up for 200mbps internet for 30/month, and the lady that helped me said they were out of the 200mbps modem. And they only had the 800mbps which would be 80 a month, but that I could exchange it when the other modem comes in. Which I thought was weird, but I did it because I needed internet setup ASAP for work.

Then, when I contacted Xfinity customer service they switched me to the 200mbps plan and said I can use the same modem. I feel like I was lied to and have to pay a bigger bill now because she gets paid more on higher internet sales.

Today would have given 5 stars, 2 other experiences at this location most definitely deserved 5 stars. Nothing but kind and helpful had been my experience. But I had a long story to explain to the Representative and she seemed bothered to listen. Then she helped right away, but her attitude was very poor and very unprofessional. After she was able to get my equipment returned, I asked questions just to be sure I wouldn't get calls or charges on the equipment. She just seemed bothered to be asked. Then had the audacity to ask me to give her a good review when texted how her performance was. She should be sure to check the attitude, if she wants a good review next time. Thanks Ms Jayla. Just wanted to say the young lady Z, is why the other 2 times I came she gets 5 stars. Period. Please promote Z.

***EDIT*** I managed to connect with a good corporate phone sale rep named Holly, and she helped me with my needs and reserved equipment for me at this location. I went in the next day and Jonathan gave me a friendly greeting the moment I walked in and took care of my needs quickly and professionally. ***

Xfinity and Comcast have always been notorious for their bad customer service when you try to call them, and I was hoping things would be different if you walked into a physical location but I was wrong.

I came in wanting to purchase a service from them and never got the chance. There was only a short line when I arrived, and two employees helping customers. I patiently waited for my turn in line.

After waiting about 20 minutes, when it looked like it was finally my turn as one of the employees finished up with her customer, she proceeded to gather up her belongings and walked out of the building. Now there was only one employee working and a line of people after me.

Neither employee so much as acknowledged my existence. No greeting or asking me to wait or anything. After being ignored for so long I decided to just leave.
