Your Pie Pizza, Buford GA

Overall, this was not a good experience. The service was so bad. We stood in line to pay for about 10 minutes with another man waiting in front of us as well. We also witnessed them lose someone else’s order. Once we finally paid and sat, it took forever for our food to come out, but a family of 4 that ordered well after us, got all of their pizzas first. Then, the water ran out, and we only got water cups.

Wonderful experience, excellent food and service. The service was quick, the food was fresh, tasted great, and was reasonably priced. Your Pie was a great place for a business lunch with a casual atmosphere. Thank you!

Stand alone 10$ panini served with 1 deli thin slice of Turkey that didn’t even cover the bread…. 1 piece so thin, there was not even a Turkey flavor…. Pitiful. First time and last time trying a yourpie…

Our family loves your pie; but this location is subpar at best.
It is clear the franchises owners are trying to cut corners and it shows. Too many unpleasant things to list so I’d avoid.

The pizzas were good but way too overpriced. The grilled chicken bbq pizza literally had raw onions which I do not understand at all. The feta-pesto pizza was pretty good. Too small for the price.

Good pizza. Great prices and amazing customer service. I wish they had better salads though. But will definitely go back again as they have the amazing staff/manahers that were nicer than a fancy resturant.

Just got my first order from Your Pie. They gave me a White instead of a Nat and despite currently being open, their phone number isn't working, so I don't even have a way to contact anyone about it. Needless to say, this will probably be my first and last order.

I enjoy the quality and friendly energy from this place so much, that I eat lunch five days out the week there. Can't wait till tomorrow!

The service was really great and quite quick. They have a very nice selection of toppings and last time I went loved the build your own pastas, THANK TOU GUYS SOOO MUCH

I was there a couple of days ago during lunch and the lady making my food forgot to add a topping I asked for. I noticed when the food was ready so I asked if it was added and a woman, who I assume is either the owner or the manager, literally started yelling at the lady in front of me and was very loud as if trying to make sure she drew attention to the situation and embarrass the lady. It really wasn't a big deal to me that she forgot to add it and I said I would take the food like that, and the lady was so nice, apologized and offered to make a new one but the owner or manager didn't let her because it seemed like she was more focused on yelling at her than anything else.

The woman behaved very unprofessional, not only in front of the customers but to the employee too. I will not be going there again if management or the owners treat their employees like that and I'm going to assume that they treat their employees like that all the time. People who treat employees like this, who think they are so much better because they have a business don't deserve to have it.

Edit: yes it is true, she did give me a free drink and she could've given me the entire meal for free but that didn't change the fact that she was unprofessional to the lady who prepared my food. Also, their reply to my review is interesting and very telling.

Really good restaurant! They have a couple different options, such as pizza, paninis, salads, and something I can't quite place my finger on. They also have gelato for dessert, and it's absolutely amazing.
The only issue I had was that my panini was kinda cold when I got it after doing takeout. You could tell it had been in the oven, it just was probably rushed since I had asked for it to go. I'll get another one at some point, just to make sure that wasn't a fluke though, be ause it still tasted pretty good.

By far the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Definitely gonna tell my friends about this place. Such great service.

Tasty pizza at great prices. I really enjoy the Honey Pepperoni. Service is quick and friendly as well.

Highly recommended! Very friendly service and staff. Food is on point! I love their Greek salad, brownies, gelato, cheese sticks with the perfect amount of garlic, and of course the pizza. The best!

I love this place, the ingredients are fresh and delicious. When I want eat pizza this is my favorite place to go.

This place has gone downhill. Put in an app order ahead of time and still waited for 18 minutes in the store. Did not get order until nearly 50min after placed. Salad was also old and turned. Keep giving them a chance but either takes forever or the order is wrong the last 3 times. Sad because it used to be so much better.
