Your Pie Pizza, Roswell GA

If you have very low standards, money to waste, and enjoy bad food and abysmal service, you'll love this place.

What a difference 2 yrs makes.we went in 2021 and it was stellar. Now it's barely 2 stars. Must be new owners.selections are just a fraction of what was offered before, and the pizza was meh. Drinks all changed; and the place was messy / dirty and this was a weekday. Not going back now.

We walked in just as they open for the day. Place was filthy, toppings bar was dirty and food dried out. Floor was a mess, drink station sticky and opened packets laying around everywhere. So gross. Never again

I will never revisit this location again. My pizza was fine when I finally got it. The service is horrible. The staff and process is disorganized. I went in the location to place my order and it took over 20 minutes to get my pizza and I had to tell the employee which pizza was mine because no one knew which pizzas went to which customer. The folks building the pizza wouldn't hold on building the pizza, when the oven got backed up. The manager was trying to get pizzas out to customers, but he was completely clueless and didn't know which orders went to whom. The girl running the oven informed the manager that the pizza's were burning because she had no where to put the pizzas. So she just started piling pizzas on top of each other. There were about 7 employees working and no one knew what they were doing. Customers were aggravated and began asking for refunds. Some major training and an expeditor are needed. Next time I'll make to drive to MOD Pizza instead.

Gluten Free pizza crust was not cooked thoroughly. Giant let down. Previously this place was spot on. I have eaten here many times in the past. Something is off.

Have had it one other time at the Kennestone Hospital location in Marietta and it was great. Unfortunately it closed. Tried the Roswell location and it was awful. Have had better frozen pizza than what this was and that is saying a lot for a simple pepperoni pizza

I don’t normally leaves reviews but this place is messed up. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or what. The owner is here. Everyone here has had their order messed up. I waited inside at least 45 min before I got my pizza… they never provided my beer. Had to stand there and act like I was going to do it myself to get someone to help me.

Just wanted to watch the end of the Georgia - Auburn game and have a quick bite to eat. Didn’t get either until after the game was over.

The manager Melanie was so kind, efficient and helpful. She obviously cares for the customer and it shows. Wonderful service and food

Pizza is very good.although the restaurant needs some deep cleaning etc restrooms are nasty The staff needs to keep the counters clean and sanitized where the fountain machine is located. I'm surprised they are displaying 100 A inspection score. Gotta be paying off the inspector

Fantastic tastebud experience for pizza in the area hands down. The staff make the experience worth the time. Eat Up!

I walked in I tried to order and pizza and one of the employees walked away and didn’t wanna help the manager which was really rude unacceptable horrible customer service need better workers and older employees super bad experience and needs to be fixed won’t come back again for awhile

I ordered a 4 item pizza to go. We got it home and the toppings only came halfway to the crust.there literally where what I'd say were easily half of what should have been on there. Any store can have a bad night. I did notice the young girl putting toppings on other people's pizza was being extremely meager with ingredients. Seriously

We LOVE the food here, but the delivery system is embarrassingly flawed. Ordered a gluten free pizza, and the restaurant set it up to be delivered by Uber. When we received someone else's very gluteny pizza, the restaurant said we could sort it out through Uber, which is impossible, as I didn't use my Uber account. Now we've waited 1.5 hours for a pizza we can't eat and there's no way to get reimbursed. Uber driver even said she double checked with them that it was the correct pizza. Definitely eat here, because the pizza is delicious- but dine in or pick up only. So disappointed.

Update: IT GETS WORSE. I made a note that 'we have a gluten allergy, please let us know if anything we ordered has gluten'. Turns out the peaches and cream gelato- is full of cookie bits! And my salad had no dressing! And the lettuce was brown! Your Pie, this is extremely disappointing after over a decade of supporting your store.

I'll only have to imagine they do pizza right. I was in the mood for a little pasta and in the neighborhood so I thought to give them a shot. The meatball marinara bowl was just ok. Oddly, one couldn't get a piece of bread here. Service was very attentive and friendly. Slow time of day so it would have been nice to have sat down to a clean and crumb-free booth without taking into my own hands. The gelato was a nice palate cleanser. No complaints, just observations.

Pizza is good. Nice to be able to get smaller size for individuals. Very similar to Mod Pizza.

Great Pizza and service. Always delicious and made just the way you want. Also great drink selection and atmosphere. Perfect for lunch and dinner.
