24 Hour Fitness, Honolulu HI

Parking is terrible. Made me pay $8 to work out for 30 mins. Definitely don’t go to this gym

I tried to tell the guy in the counter if he can make the AC low, because the gym is very cold already, but he is very rude and ignores me.

Clean gym. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Built out of an old bank and kept the vault doors which is cool.

I been to many different 24s over the last 20 years.
This location is not the best, but it’s clean, the equipment works, it’s rarely crowded (even at peak hours), and the staff is genuinely friendly.
Happy this is my current go to location.

They need to extend their hours. Not just this location, but all of the 24 hour fitness’s here on Oahu. The cost for a membership here is more expensive than it is in the mainland. Which is like most things when living in Hawaii. What’s ridiculous though is that we are paying more yet we get less benefits. I know for a fact 24hr gyms in AZ, and other states are open 24 hours. They also offer more gym locations. While we only have them here on Oahu. The one on Maui shut down. Schools are open, bars, clubs, everything is opened back up.yet 24 hour fitness isn’t returning to their normal hours of operation. While cutting down their cost on employment since no overnight workers needed etc but still charging the same membership fees! I’ve talked to many other members and I know they feel the same. So in short let’s just say I finally had the time today to leave a review.

Excellent. Easy access. Lots of room and large variety of equipment. And a Great Staff all the way around!

Some what low key, small gym compare to other locations. Very friendly staff, they don't down play you. I recommend personal trainers if your not sure what you need to get a good workout.

When I asked Tracy signed me up to 24Hour Fitness 05/13/2021. I wanted a Full Body Workout. I asked for a female trainer, Tracy assigned me to Ms. Gabriela. Gabriela put me through the training it was challenging, but I made a commitment. When I was asked to do a Push Up I struggled with 2 push up. But as my trainer guided me through the training. I performed 10 push ups. Here it is 2 months later and I can do 25 Push Ups. I very grateful to have Ms. Gabriela as my trainer. She's tough but I'm Grunt I will obey her command. She awesome. Thank you 24Hour Fitness. Love each Staff Members.

Good luck using the 24hr Fitness app to reserve a class at this Bishop location. The employees are very apologetic for the app always malfunctioning. Never enough mats or popular hand weights. The only saving grace are the excellent instructors.

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, although the general manager is kind of rude.

I owe this facility a 5 star rating for handling my concern over-the-phone. The issue has been resolved. Mahalo to the Facility Manager and Marcus.

Until they restore shower facility access, there are gyms out there that are more affordable.

Good staff. They also tend to allow patrons in a bit early for reserved hours. Now, if we could just get the rest of the amenities back.

How do you think it is appropriate to charge for membership when your facility is closed? And now your call center is closed?
When most Americans are struggling, 24 hour fitness decides to keep themselves paid.

Meh. Vault is kool must have been a old bank before 24. I dint know if you can really call this a 24 it closes: The locker room looks like a fight club. The only saving grace is that they have sauna steam.
