They have the worst customer service out of all the 7-Elevens in Hawaii. All the Samoan stuff doesn’t even speak English well and they are extremely rude every time I go there. All the slushes are completely like liquid and they just say “I don’t know” and they don’t even fix it, I asked them to charge my bus pass and they said “Just go to another 7-Eleven! ”

Cheap and decent eats here. You can get spam musubi for under $2 and other musubi varieties for under $3. There’s also manapua (Chinese steamed buns) in a few different flavours for $2.09. They ran out of HOLO cards but they were able to reload HOLO cards if you have one.

They provide a great coffee alternative. Always clean. $2.00 large coffee. Real inflation beater. Aloha!

Solid choice for a quick grab and go breakfast. I decided on the salmon musubi and the spicy ahi sushi roll. The salmon musubi is warm and I thought it was just ok. The seaweed is too soggy since it's kept warm. The spicy ahi tuna roll was delicious and satisfying. Keep in mind the tuna roll is made with canned tuna. The ahi tuna roll is with actual pieces of ahi tuna.

Significantly better than a California 7-11. They had a good selection of well priced hot food.

Be careful in this store I lost my credit card this past Saturday and one employee authorized a sales of 450.00 fraudulent. I will be contacting the Honolulu police department for a review in the cameras and see if the thieves was a customer or the employees this past Saturday early in the morning Sunday around 12am to 3am.

Have visited a couple of times to grab HOLO cards and some soft drinks. Staff made us feel welcome, mahalo!

Just walked out of this 7-11. I always like to give every place I visit 5 stars, but one of the employees here, old skinny Asian lady had an attitude. She was mad I bought a banana with a $50 bill. Lady what do you suppose me to do that’s the only money I
have on me? You’re in Waikiki and you shouldn’t be worried about cashing 50s. The very first 7-11 in Hawaii to deal with people like this. If you hate your job you should probably quit.

Really good food selection, so different from mainland 7/11s, if you want a bag you have to buy one for 16 cents which is pretty standard for Honolulu.

Half of the merchandise has no prices. Not sure if they are lazy or think I am stupid. There are heaps of stores around. There is another 7-11 across the street with prices marked.

7eleven fix your entrance at this location. Not even a half hour ago I tripped on this uneven entrance. I nearly face planted when I fell, but twisted my left ankle & hit my right knee and hands like 20 minutes ago at your store at 1922 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815

Aside from the uneven entrance, when my husband was trying to order pork hash, the two cashiers were talking over him to each other making jokes. Like, can't you stop chatting long enough for him to finish telling you the three things he's trying to order?

Great selection. However, my mom and her parents tried to buy a bag of $6.59 shrimp chips and a $3 bag of wasabi shrimp chips and the cashier scanned them, but didn’t put them in the bag. There was no manager present, and when my mom called the place the cashier tried to deny it happened. They never offered to compensate for what happened, not even a refund. My mom and her family walked in the pouring rain to go here because of how unique it is to the 7-elevens in the mainland and they were very disappointed to be treated like this. Hopefully the other locations will have better service.

7-Eleven Hawaiian style. There’s a big selection of food to choose from and even sells ready to eat meals hot or cold. Nice staff. Clean facility.

I’ve been living around here for more than a month, but Seven Eleven corporate people should be looking after their employees! 1 Star to call attention from Seven Elevn owner or cooperate team. Too many crazy people in the front door of this Seven Eleven 24/7. You need a proper security measurement. There are many female workers there, and I feel so sorry for them they have to commute to a place like that. Use the back door in the parking lot, so that you’re safer. The shop clerks are all very nice, and the shopping itself is pleasant.

This 7-11 has alot of different foods, for all kinds of groups of islanders as well as tourist from anywhere. Drink machines, icee's and even a favor blast ice cream machine my favorite. Anyone who goes in there will find something that they could eat. It has alot of stuff in such a little store but their set up is good except they could put a lot more different things in the drink and food area. Almost half the price of a ABC store. Plus open 24/7. Awesome. Infact I'm going there right now. Anyone wanna go for a walk with me and my dog? The only con's are it's very stuffy in there like kinda hot and whew the smell sometimes. Alot of homeless go in there. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against the homeless it's just that some don't do personal hygiene. Anyway on my way. See ya there. Mahalo and Aloha from a local girl & her dog.
