A & A Nails Salon, Honolulu HI

T was very good but the other staff members struggled at doing my friends and my nails. I got cut by one of the workers and they preceded to use alcohol and gel nail polish on it. They struggled making french tips, one worker was a little aggressive with the filing, that same worker complained that this was, “ugh, this is too much work, ” that same worker yelled my friend for trying to ask for what she wants (and also told her that the design she wanted was “ugly”), and lastly the workers did not listen to what what we wanted - for example asking for the french tips to be smaller, making a design bigger, etc (instead they proceeded to do what they wanted, which in the end made one of my friends cry). This was one of the worst nail experiences i have experienced.

This was the worst nail experience i have ever had.i waited over an hour for service as they helped customers who arrived after me even though i had an appointment.when they finally did do my nails they yelled at me to sit down and were not attentive and rushed through my nails whilst filing aggressively to the point where my skin ripped.they also drilled through my natural previously healthy nails so hard that they are now brittle and unsavable, the shaping is crooked and she cut my natural nails contrary to my request.i asked for acrylics on the nails broken and she complained about what i asked for and continued to do a terrible job gluing them to my skin.and abrasively filing once again.when i asked for a fix or reshaping on one of my nails she yelled at me saying that she knew what she was doing.the design itself was also terribly done and all i asked for was french tips.they also charged me $5 extra for a simple intial which she messed up as well as she could only bother to work on it for 3 seconds.horrible service and will never go back again

All artists do an excellent job with my manicures! Clean salon and great service. I don’t go anywhere else. Tee always helps me with unique designs that get a lot of compliments!

Very reasonable prices here and good service. I am very pleased with how my nails turned out and can see myself returning as well. Parking is accessible behind the shop in a lot.

My girlfriend popped half the polish off her acrylic nail while we were traveling. A and A got her in on Labor Day and the color match (metallic peach/coral gradient) is phenomenal. The shop was hopping, all of the staff were working their tails off and they were all so kind and polite.

Tien is the best nail stylist ever. If you are looking for any cute designs she can do them all and SO quickly. Best nail salon

T is amazing! She is so talented in her craft. She’s always very quick and efficient. I will never go to any other nail tech but her! Been coming here for years and they never disappoint.

Was taken as soon as I got there. Had a pedicure. Had a regular pedicure along with callus remover. Can’t remember the girls name. But she was very good. Was done in less than an hour! Been coming here for a few years now.

Lucy did my lash extension with precision, she was fast and gentle.none of the lashes have fallen off and its been 3days so far.excellent work.

They definitely prefer reservations, but they squeeze me in without fail every time. I always leave happy, they make my nails look so pretty

Excellent attention, super friendly, Dani did a meticulous pedicure and left my feet like "walking on a cloud". I rate it 5 ️️️️️. I recommend them. My husband was attended by the other guy and he was fascinated with his pedicure.
