A Century Nail Spa, Kahului HI

I’m very disappointed in my service that I had received yesterday we called in advance to see if we were available to get last min mani pedi. We made sure to say it was for three of us they insisted to help which was wonderful but had the time went on and the nail salon was about to close. We started to feel like the women was rushing out. On my pedicure the lady kept digging into my big toe and ì obviously was irritated because I was making noise to indicate that it was hurting and she proceeded to keep going and saying she only taking out the dirt. On to my manicure she didn’t even cut my nails she just lightly filed them and put the color on. And then when we were done my friend was still getting her nails done (acrylics) from a guy who was very helpful. But the same woman who did my mani pedi grabbed her bag and proceeded to tell her oh which one (pointing in her bag) were closing the cash register rather then asking “oh what type of payment will you be doing because we will be closing up”. I thought it was really rude to just grab my friends bag. In the end we were thankful for the guys who stayed with us while finishing my friends French nip. Much mahalo! Hope see better customer service with some of your staff.

I went to do my lashes today and it was very uncomfortable! It hurt while she was doing it and when I kept telling her she said it’s ok and made excuses then when finished she had made it to dramatic and had to pull some off. I am never making a last minute appointment unless I do research first……

They are very friendly and I’m happy with all their services except for their lash extension. I had to remove my lashes one week after getting it done because it was irritating my eyes too much. They put too much glue than necessary and I could feel the hardened glue poking my eyes. It took longer than usual to remove the extensions as well.

I had previously tried this place out with a group of friends who were celebrating a birthday and had a good experience, so I was surprised when my recent visit went very differently. I stopped in to see if they had availability for a manicure and was promptly invited in and sat down. I was then passed through 3 different technicians within my first 5 minutes of arrival and relocated all 3 times. The nail tech was pleasant and kind, but rushed through my powder overlay and CUT INTO both of the nail beds of my thumbs! OUCH! When I expressed my discomfort, she blamed it on my short nails (which were healthy and the longest they have ever naturally been in my life). The edge shape is not what I had asked for, my cuticles are a mess, and my thumbs stung and throbbed for days. I know that cutting into my nail beds was an accident, but it was super painful and could have easily been avoided with just a little caution and care. I settled my bill (and still left a tip), but I will not be returning. Super bummed.

Exceptional service and technique. We went there last minute for three manis and pedis. We were all blown away with how our nails spectacularly turned out. They also gave insight of what we should get and added to the expirence. I highly recommend giving this place your business.

Hannah and Randy are a husband and wife duo. They do amazing work. Very friendly. Got me in last minute for mani pedi. In and out within 1 hour. Offered me complimentary beverage. Salon is very clean too.

Wow I had the most amazing gel manicure by Randy, I've never been treated better at a nail salon as I did today. This was my first time trying this salon i was so hesitant as i used to go somewhere else but kept getting poor customer service so Thank u! He took his time and did such an amazing job my natural nails look so good, I also love that both workers spoke English to me and offered me something to drink, the salon was very clean as well, I can't wait to come back with my girls and try a pedicure

Walked in for a fill, left with some of the best art ever! Teri was so gentle and careful with my nails, gave me a beautiful shape, and made great conversation.

I wish this place was at my hometown!
