Great experience from start to finish! I worked with Matt and his team. The communication to set up an appointment date and time went smoothly, and the installers showed up a little earlier than scheduled which is great. The install of LVP came out beautifully. The installers did a great job. The floors and baseboards look wonderful. I especially appreciate the team of installers finishing the baseboards behind the washer/dryer as well, it makes it look finished which is very professional of them. They made sure to lay down the proper moisture barrier plus added a separate coat of sealant to be super sure it was done right. I can tell they worked hard and completed the job in good timing. I will definitely refer clients to Abbey Carpet and Floor for their team's great service!

Abbey Carpet & Floor did an amazing job removing old carpet and installing high quality laminate flooring in our apartment during this past month. We visited their show room while in the process of browsing different flooring options and one of their salesmen, Matt, did a thorough job introducing us to the different styles of flooring and explaining every detail so that we could find the kind of flooring that met our lifestyle, budget, and aesthetic. From there, they took care of the rest, allowing us to relax knowing that our flooring would be taken care of. The results have been nothing short of amazing. They were very detail oriented in the entire process and were very professional. I can understand why this company was again voted best of the year. They were very accommodating even when my remodel date was pushed back twice, the workers were meticulous, and I received a surprise discount. I checked the corners of baseboards and they are perfect. Cliff, the team leader showed up way ahead of everyone and got supplies set up. At the end of the day he checked things so we never found scraps or trash in the house. On the last day he walked me through the entire house and showed me things he was not able to hide with baseboard. They are polite and respectful-two thumbs up!

I am glad I went to Abbey Carpet. The price is good and the wonderful staff - Pam (sales), Jaime (administrator), Cliff and the whole team (installers) were very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much. Great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Great experience at Abbey. Knew I wanted to carpet my master bedroom, Shawn was very helpful in the storeroom as well as meeting me at my residence. My wife and I met with Matt Wagner a few weeks ago to install flooring in our home that had been damaged in a heavy rainstorm. We settled on Abbey as a one-stop solution rather than buying flooring and having to find an installer ourselves.
We were NOT disappointed!
An installation crew, lead by Tony, arrived and moved all the furniture out of the way. They laid down heavy duty thick paper in the areas and stairs where they would be working, plastic covering of areas to contain dust of tearing out the old flooring. Then the magic happens - the crew pours a fast setting material over the area to ensure it is precisely level. Then the flooring and baseboards, move the furniture back and we have a new floor!

After many years of saving funds to install new flooring, it finally came to fruition. Brenda and the entire Abbey Team were so helpful. We especially appreciate their willingness to complete our project in phases since moving heavy furniture would be a challenge for us. The install team is meticulous. We recently had waterproof vinyl planks installed in our home. Matt Wagner handled the sales of the flooring product. He was very attentive and provided excellent service. He visited our home before and after the installation to ensure the project ran smoothly.
As for the installation, a special shout-out to Cliff (Lead), Lako, Eric, Quinton and Kibin for the outstanding job they did. They carefully disassembled furniture and moved heavy pieces prior to and after the installation.
We were impressed with their expertise, hard work and professionalism, particularly Cliff. He gave much thought on addressing a problem area. As promised, it came out beautifully.
They are all AMAZING! We will definitely be back for the second phase of our flooring project!

Very personable (and patient!) sales staff. Matt offered several pattern options and helped us through the challenging process of choosing the right color. The folks who delivered went beyond our expectations to be sure everything was just right. The padding for the area rug was already cut and taped-thank you! Overall, an excellent experience.
