Adela’s Country Eatery, Kaneohe HI

WOW! This place was the BEST find on our Hawaii trip! First off, Millie Chan is the bee’s knees. She insisted we get the seasonal pumpkin pasta and she didn’t not lead us astray. It was truly some of the best noodles we’ve ever had.

Highly recommend the pumpkin or avocado pasta with garlic butter sauce and garlic shrimp or lechwon pork belly!

And the cheesecake was truly divine. Can’t go wrong with any option there although their Ube cheesecake is award winning.

Our only regret is that we didn’t take home any dry noodles as souvenirs. That would’ve been a way better keepsake than Honululu Cookies…oops! Next time

The experience with Adela’s was amazing! Call ahead and order, it can be busy. And good food takes time! Sooo delicious,
and Millie who takes your order and puts the welcome aloha mat for everyone is the sweetest person with genuine love in her heart. First time here. Local boy who came back and heard from word of mouth this was the place to go to! Had the Uber noodles with Lechon and garlic sauce! WOW! Just Wow!

This is some of the best food I've ever eaten. Period. Full stop. Absolutely delicious. Five star restaurants have nothing over this in taste. I've traveled extensively. One of the nicest servers I've ever had to boot. So sweet and friendly. GO HERE!

We saw the great rating of this place and specially came to try when we visited Ko Olina. This lady on the front desk is the nicest and sweet and gentle person we ever met. She was also very professional and gave us a lot of good advice on how to customize our dishes. We customize 3 dishes:
** avocado noodle + Local Stir fried style + Macadamia Crusted Fish w/ Spicy Creamy Mango Sauce
** Moringa noodle + Original Moringa Pasta sauce + Shrimp
** Ulu noodle + Florentine + Smoked Beef Brisket
All were very excellent and delicious!

We also bought some deserts: Haupia Pudding, Taro cake.

The lady at the front desk gave us JELLO CHEESECAKE and some drink complimentary (although we really insisted to pay, she also insisted to give us complimentary as it was very hot weather and she told us to drink to stay hydrate). The jellow cake was also very refreshing!
This place is a gem! I hope I can visit again this place in the future.

WOW! I now understand why this place is rated so high from locals and visitors alike. The first bite of the crispy lechon with malunggay noodles I was blown away. The business alone could stand on how good their food is. They even are cranking out their own noodles in house up front from a variety of ingredients sourced from local farmers in Hawaii. They also add this little extra personal touch from every employee that works there from Millie, Richard and the entire staff. The energy is so vibrant from them, the other customers and also the friendly chickens and birds outside that Richard (the owner) feeds hahaha. If you're ever on the island for any extended time, I would recommend stopping it will change your life. P. S. I did try the Ube sweet potato bread pudding. Also to die for.

Best best best meal we had on the island! At first we were skeptical as the storefront was very unassuming, but they proved us wrong. Service was 1000% with Millie and the food was so bomb.

The noodles are made to order and are delicious. You can create your own pasta dish and add what kind of noodles you want, what type of sauce, and your protein. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and gave us advice on where to eat. Also, the dessert is really good; the ube cheesecake was very tasteful and was pretty lite.

This was the best food we had during our vacation, so many desert options as well. Very Friendly service. We will dine here again.

Fantastic take out eatery, with unique original noodles, lots of unique combinations to try, and friendly service. Portions are massive, and the food is delicious. Avocado noodles with the oyster sauce and chicken is a solid combination.

Hands down one of the best meals of my life! Favorite meal on Oahu we had in 12 days of visiting on our honeymoon. Better food and service than $200 meals we had elsewhere! 100/100!

We got the garlic shrimp on the Ube noodles. The noodles were great. Too March garlic on the shrimp (and I love garlic).

But the cookies and cream cheesecake was delicious!

Everything is so delicious and everyone is so nice! Don’t forget to bring home noodles to freeze and enjoy later. Will always stop by when we are on the island!

I will take no Millie slander! Her and Richard are the owners and serve every customer with kindness and attention! They both were so sweet to us and even asked if we needed anything as we enjoyed our hot food in the parking lot. This was literally the BEST food we had in Oahu. We had some dietary restrictions, and all 5 of us found vegetarian/pescatarian options to enjoy. The garlic ulu noodles with mushrooms were the best, freshest noodles I’ve ever had ANYWHERE in the world. The perfect chewy texture and enough garlic to make a simple dish the most flavorful. We also ordered the garlic butter shrimp, green beans, and cheesecake. Everything was worth the price and 30 min wait. Please visit when in Oahu!

Seriously good food. Only take out. One order can easily feed 2 people. The braised beef was amazing and the seafood noodles were delicious!

This is the best pasta on the island hands down. They also make fresh pasta with ingredients unique to Hawai’i which makes it really special. Their specials are amazing. My personal favorite is the taro pasta with the coconut cream sauce with shrimp and luau leaves. I get it any time I have to go to Kaneohe. The wait time is usually long (40-60 minutes) but so worth it so just call your order in ahead of time. The lady there that I always see in the front is the absolute sweetest person and is always friendly and smiling I have zero negative things to say about any experience I’ve had here. I’d also recommend any visitors to give it a try you won’t regret it. Take out only but you won’t regret it!

Must be good because they were out of food at 2pm. Call before you go and order ahead if possible.

Amazing food with locally sourced ingredients and very generous portion sizes. +Vegetarian options.

We tried the garlic ulu pasta with portobello mushrooms and it was by far the best thing we ate in Oahu! The noodles were so savory and the mushrooms were amazing. We can't wait to try everything else on the menu. Highly recommend this place!
