Service was fast and professionally done. Service person knew exactly what was the cause of problem, some obscure part that was buried under many other parts.

I called about replacing my water heater and received the best possible information and advice from Kane about pricing and options. In the end, the developer stepped up and managed to resolve the problem for me but I wouldn't hesitate to contact Allens Plumbing after the excellent service and advice they provided.

While your technicians are usually skilled and professional, they don’t always arrive at the time they are scheduled. This time there was a ‘meeting’ which caused a 1.5 hour delay. Allen’s could improve on timely arrivals.

Allens Plumbing has always been the company I go to the crew is always amazing and work is done with precision and care. They maybe a bit pricey but they are the worth price. If you want quality work with professional service give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Nice enough but beware if you only have 1 toilet, it's an emergency so they come 'after hours' and charge $338 just for coming out after 4 pm. Then another charge for the actual service. My elderly uncle a vet so that's a lot of money for most but high way robbery for seniors. Waited for a call back and never got one, I called them back and they said I was in line but that was not what I was told the first call, then when they called me after 4 pm they just said they'd have to come the next day without offering the emergency after hours like they offered the second call. Too many people, not same protocol

Excellent service! Prompt, quick scheduling and call back. They showed up on time. Professional installation. Great representatives. Fixed 2 toilets and checked line. We will continue to call on Allen's for support! Highest rating!

Everything was great about these guys, from the helpful phone call, to the on-time call back by the worker when he was available, to the quality of the work he did. He was very open to letting me know what he was doing in case I was interested and wanted to see how things were going when he snacked the drain line. Very friendly, very professional service. Highly recommend!

Bennett & JP are smart, capable plumbers who know how to listen to and work with their customers every step of the way. I was most impressed with their on-the-job problem-solving abilities. They didn't let pride or ego get in the way, and they exhibited no chauvinism, which is unusual. I would call them again in a second (but I hope I won't ever need to!).

He's reliable, honest, and good at his work. I never worry that what I want to get taken care of will be done right. He even was able to do one of my requested repairs with a simple spare part he had in his truck and saved us over $600 from what I was expecting! Courteous, professional, plumbing service provided timely with all the knowledge and expertise required for the job. When technician didn't know he didn't pretend to know but asked his superiors and passed on the knowledge to us. Great attitude and pleasure to do business with. Would use again.

I have contacted Allens Plumbing to have a new garbage disposal installed. Thursday morning, as scheduled, the plumber came and proceeded with the installation for a hefty amount of $429. The new garbage disposal had already been purchased by myself.
After a couple of hours the plumber let and everything looked fine.
But the morning after, Friday, there was water everywhere under the sink therefore I contacted the company to have the problem fixed.
The reply was “no available technician until Monday morning. If you wish we can send someone for urgent repair at $300 plus the work. ”
