Aloha Air provided several options, answered all my questions and was very responsive. Installation was timely and professional. My wall construction made installation more difficult but Aloha Air was persistent and had the expertise to get it accomplished. Mahalo!

Scott’s work was excellent. Neat, punctual and at the quoted price. We had 2 Daiken split systems installed with a total of 5 room systems. The work was done during a complex remodel and Scott worked around all the other contractors with no issues. We are very happy with the system and totally recommend Aloha air conditioning to others

Scott was efficient, installed AC unit and 3 splits in one day. Unit does the job to cool the house and rooms as designed.

Scott installed a mini split system for us when our another contractor didn't want to deal with our fussy HOA. Although he was great to work with in the beginning, in the end he failed to follow through like he said he would when we had issues. We weren't able to follow his initial recommendation for the install due to our HOA requirements and we continued to have issues over the past two years despite Scott servicing it regularly. Earlier in the year, we had a lengthy conversation and he agreed to work with us to rectify the problems because he felt bad about all the problems we were having, so we began to work with our HOA to get approval to do the work that was required. After we got the HOA approval and were back on the island, over several weeks time we tried to reach both he and his wife and their voicemails either were constantly full or they didn't respond. In total, we reached out about 10 times via email, phone and text during regular business hours just trying to connect and come up with a plan to resolve this. Not a single response and still nothing to this day except their untrue response to this review. Yes, he's a very nice guy but customer service and responsiveness is sorely lacking.
