3Great place to rent a motorcycle! They have a wide range of motorcycles and gear! Errol was great to work with.
An awesome and smooth experience. Renting a slingshot was incredibly easy. While more expensive than the typical car rental, you get much more than the typical car rental.
Rented a Harley here in 2019 but due to emergency had to cancel it. Found out the hard way that apparently the rentals are non-refundable! Very disappointing but “Don’t worry though next time you come back we’ll take care of you” I was told. Well, took longer than planned due to covid but came back today looking to rent again. He looked it up in the system and sure enough it showed the $200 credit on my account. They called me back the next day though “sorry credits are only good for one year” and offered me a 15% discount off my rental. Honestly after 4 years I wasn’t expecting a full credit anyway even though they saw it plainly in the Eagle Rider account history. 50% discount would have been fine with me. But on top of it they were pretty rude about it, like I was being totally unreasonable to even ask for anything. That’s Hawaii for you - we want the tourism money but hate the tourists. I’ll go surfing instead of giving them another $200.
