They keeped us informed about what they were doing and cleaned up after they completed the installation. Highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

We decided to upgrade from carpet to hardwood throughout the house. We decided to go with American Floor and Home and was very impressed with the level of detail, craftmanship, professionalism, and care of the installation team. The amount of care for the entire floor install, and especially the round corners, proper fit for reach-in and walk-in closets, and the detailed installation of the stairs was very impressive. Danny and Steven did an amazing job and were very professional. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and got straight to work. I was very impressed on how efficient they work and how well they cleaned up before they left. I have two more rooms that need new carpet and will definitely go through American Floor and Home again. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Amiel, Ash, and Alan did such an incredible job installing our new carpet in Catlin Park neighborhood! They were personable, respectful, knowledgeable, clean, and great at communicating! Not to mention SUPER FAST and efficient! When they showed up, they looked so professional and put together that I was looking around wondering where the actual workers were LOL! We left for the morning so they could work uninterrupted but I would stop in from time to time and overheard how kind and respectful the more experienced worker was to the less experienced workers; even in giving instructions and teachings. All in all, I never thought uprooting our family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) for new carpet would be a good experience but it was a GREAT experience! You don’t realize how much bad carpet affects your every day life until you get great guys like Amiel, Ash, and Alan installing new carpet and giving your home a new life! I don’t know who is more excited; my keiki who loved running and rolling around on the new, soft, carpet, or me!

Today (9/22/23) was installation day, installers (Alan Acacio, Shayden, and Josh) called me 2 days ago to confirm 8am arrival, and they showed up exactly at 8am on the dot. We did a walk through confirming which rooms were to be re-carpeted, and a quick overview on how they were going to do the job and finish. They called me 30 min prior to completion so we could do a final wall through. Everything perfectly installed. I use Mo for estimating all my carpet installs, and their quotes always come in the best. Will now request for the 3 excellent installers for all my future jobs.

We were super happy with the outcome of our flooring experience. Jakob was a nice and friendly salesman who took the time to answer all our questions. Service was very professional and easy to understand. Our team of installers (Alan, Shayden, Josh and Steve) were amazing and quick. Very hardworking, respectful, personable and friendly. I would refer them in a heartbeat for future projects.

Overall it was a smooth process!

Prep: The estimator came out and drew it out to display visually on their iPad, and since they had the carpet in stock, it was installed in a few weeks.

Installation: Alan & Josh did a great job! The cuts were clean and neat, with the rubber footing installed along the sides where there were no base molding.

They cut neatly where there were electrical cord line coverings and electrical outlets as well. The only thing was they scraped a little bit (two small spots) of the paint off of the base molding due to their tools. Main thing is he let me know and pointed it out so I can touch it up with some paint!

So appreciative for the quick turnaround- thanks again!

Just got my flooring done by American Floor and Home. They did an Awesome job. Lead - Nolan Kagawa and Dell Bannister were the installers. Nolan kept us informed daily, they were very clean and even finished the job 2 days early. Also had my kitchen renovated and Lito Osorio was there almost everyday, he is a very hard worker and very dependable. Chris also kept us updated on our daily progress.

I would rate Aris 10 stars. He is so meticulous with his craft. He analyzes the situation before him and comes up with the perfect solution. It’s rare to find craftsman who still perform with perfection.

We recently had our home re-floored with the help of American Floor and Home. Our experience from beginning to end was excellent. Rob and Gina helped us get started and what they suggested worked out perfectly.

We did luxury vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs.

The vinyl crew Arnel, Peter, David, Junior and Marc are so helpful and respectful. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They work well together. As a customer, that makes the work they do even more appreciated.

The carpet crew Robert, Josh and Chris are very good too. Their work, along with the vinyl crew, makes us appreciate the added beauty and value to our home.
