Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I wanted to get my nails done with a shellac manicure and two nail repairs. The nail shape turned out awful, as there was no symmetry, differences in length and all nails on the right hand were slightly lopsided (you can see the picture of my thumb - what shape is that even?). The technician was friendly, but one could tell I was her last appointment and she wanted to get it over with. When trimming the nail bed, she cut me repeatedly, two of which cuts got infected afterwards. There were bubbles in the shellac and the first nail started chipping on the very next day. Also the salon smells really strongly like chemicals. I would not come here again, if I’m honest

First day in Kauai and we had a disappointing experience at a spa. The staff was pushy about upselling and it made me feel uncomfortable during my pedicure. It's a shame because we went there for relaxation. I hope they can improve their professionalism in the future.

They were great and got me in last minute to help with some chipped nails I got on vacation. Super accommodating even when they were busy.

All I have to say is that I will never go back here ever again they didn’t listen at all what I had to say for my nail design and they kept trying to charge me the most expensive one without letting me look at the list and once I did see the list and asked a question about one of the cheaper ones they ignored and just kept saying to get the most expensive one which I denied because I did one time prior and it came with hot stones that literally felt like they were burning the top of my feet so this time I went after all of that I wanted a very simple basic design I asked for all my toes to be a clear color and for my two big toes to have one frown face and the other to have one smiley face well what they did from there is paint all my nails black and gave me gel nail paint and gave me too smiley faces and charge 80$ and demanded a cash tip instead for ten bucks so it was $90 all together which is bs for the surface she gave me all I have to say is that after this experience I will never comeback with my girlfriend here super lame!
