Capt Daryl was funny and informative about the area where we snorkeled, loads of experience. The crew was very helpful throughout and even let us hold an octopus! There were two light meals which were the right amount around activities in the water. Though I didn't Snuba, I did sit in on the class and Adela was clear and efficient with instructions. They had a photographer on board who was hilarious and energetic. Boat was clean, organized and had a bathroom. Overall an amazing excursion, highly recommend using Aqua Adventures!

First time snorkelers! Me and my husband had a great time! Crew - captain - snacks - drinks - nature! What more could one ask for!? Keep up the great work guys!

Went on a snorkleing tour with Capt. Darryl and his crew today. Had a fantastic time at the molokini crater and also at the Turtle "ghetto", we saw 7 turtles! The crew made the experience that much better as it is clear how much they enjoy what they do! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui!

Went out with Daryll and his crew for snorkeling at Molokini Crater and the Turtle "Ghetto" this past Tuesday. While the snorkeling was great and we saw several sea turtles, I have to say the best part was interacting with the crew. You can tell when people really love their work and other people. I would highly recommend Daryll and his crew for any snorkel or charter tour.just Great People! Oh, and we saw whales too.

10/10 experience! There were so many different options to pick from to go to the Molokini crater, but I'm glad we picked this crew! It's on a smaller boat, so more one on one chatting and help if you need it. Gear included and snuba available if you want to try it! Cafe style breakfast and deli style lunch provided and the crew is incredibly nice/great sense of humor/etc. They even stopped to let us see whales that were popping up on the surface! Whenever I find my way back to Maui, I'd absolutely sign up to go out with them again (:

Absolutely amazing experience! Thankfully the weather was great but even if it wasn’t, the crew would’ve made it fantastic. They had great banter, were incredibly friendly, and knew all the best spots to snorkel. Highly recommend booking your snorkel adventure with them!
Ps… if you go during whale season, they include searching for whales (and find them!) saving you from having to book a separate tour.

We had a great time on the snorkel & SNUBA tour of Molokini Crater with Aqua Adventures. Capt Darrell, Adella, Jarren and Molly were so accommodating. The SNUBA experience was incredible and highly recommended. We will definitely go back

Fantastic boat trip where we got to see turtles, all kinds of different fish, and a mother whale with her baby! The crew was fun and helpful and made sure that everyone was safe while swimming. There was a small amount of food provided between swims as well as plenty of alcohol to end the tour! Would highly recommend!

Family-based service with lots of knowledge and experience running snorkel and snuba expeditions out of Maalaea harbor. Highly recommend for value, quality, attention to passenger guests, and knowledge of the fishes, whales and possibly turtles under the sea. The team ably and cheerfully supported newbie snorklers like me, other visitors with a fair amount of experience, and Hawaiians out for a day trip together.

Loved the small number of passengers, much preferable to some of the other boats with lots of people to worry about. Awesome crew too, very knowledgeable, they went out of their way to make sure we all had a great experience. Thanks for the great time. Shout out to Annie, thanks!

We had so much fun on this snorkeling trip to Molokini and Turtle Bay on 1/5/2023. I have gone through other companies before but this was my husband and 3 of my kiddos first time ever going. I have to say that this experience with Aqua Adventures was my favorite. The boat was just the perfect size to carry enough people but not so many that you would have to wait for everything and feel overcrowded, instead it was more of a personal experience. The staff worked so hard and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the islands, marine life and of course boating. They performed their jobs professionally but had a good sense of humor about it as well. The captain took his time allowing us all to enjoy the very active whales that were surfacing at the time. We had plenty of time to snorkel at both locations as well and I always felt we were safe under the watchful eye of the staff. The food they provided also hit the spot just perfectly. As a professional photographer myself I was really happy that this boat had an onboard photographer to capture our adventure as I do not have a waterproof housing for my gear. Matt DeMayo (photographer) did a wonderful job keeping track of everyone from our boat and getting images. I've attached a few of what he got of my family (there are many more). Not only did he get great shots, he also talked about the marine life and the reef, shared information about the whales we saw as well as stories about the surrounding islands. All in all it was an awesome experience, my favorite from our trip to Maui this time. I highly recommend Aqua Adventures Maui for a personal and adventurous experience!

Amazing! Saw 5 male humpback whales fighting on way to snorkel site. The captain stopped the boat so we could watch. 10 minutes of whale watching within100 feet of whales. We did the snuba for both dives. Highly recommend. Saw 5 turtles, tons of fish, couple eals, my kids are 10,12 and this was their favorite thing we have done in maui. Big thanks to our snuba instructor! Made this one of the best memories for our family. Thank you aqua adventures!

Truly the best experience of my trip! The captain is a nice guy, and also pretty funny! All the crew are super nice and welcoming. The snuba was the absolute best! Beyond amazing. Our guide Adella was the absolute best! You see way more turtles and coral up close doing Snuba. Bring extra money to do it on both sites, you wont be disappointed! And don't forget to bring cash to tip the crew! Also saw whales on our way to one of the sites and the captain stopped for awhile so we could watch. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Aqua Adventures. The crew was very kind and knowledgeable. We had three kids with us and they were very helpful and patient with them. They all had a great personality and made us feel comfortable and safe with this experience. The time allocated for each snorkel was perfect. They stopped for the many humpbacks on the way and we felt like we had a bonus whale watch tour. They had sandwiches and cookies after we snorkeled in two different locations. I strongly recommend using this provider.

In a word: ADELA. It was an awesome excursion for us (4) first-time snuba-ers. The trip couldn't have been more seamless and the crew more welcoming and helpful. But it's really all about our guide Adela. She is an extraordinary human. A great personable guide with an UNCANNY ability to remember.everyone's name and make each one of us feel special and reassured. Enjoy!

The BEST boating excursion on the island, hands down! Captain Darryl has over 40 years captaining experience and I could listen to his stories forever! You have to use this company! The crew was amazing! We were very lucky to see dolphins and Whales very early in the season! Unbelievable trip!

Great guides, great excursion! Clear waters and tons of gorgeous coral, fish and turtles. We would definitely do this again.
