Aqua Palms Waikiki, Honolulu HI

Bugs in the kitchen area. The money we're paying with no towel or cleaning service and seem like the girls have attitudes when you ask for or something. Next year I'll be looking elsewhere.

We stayed at the Aqua Palms Waikiki while in Honolulu, and it was a nice little hotel. We weren't looking for something extravagant as we were only in Honolulu for 2 days, so the Aqua Palms was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is close to many restaurants within walking distance - as we didn't take a rental car while in Honolulu. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly location while visiting multiple islands in Hawai'i. Thank you for the accommodations!

So far out from Waikiki and expensive parking if you have a car. I would not recommend this condo. Hotel staff only help hotel guests not condo renters through a different platform like Airbnb or Turnkey. Bad service!

The elevators are so slow and always crowed had to wait 15 minutes just to catch one.card to parking and room didn't always work had to go to front desk and wait every time they didn't.a/c didn't work had to move rooms then that room had a funk smell when you walked in the door.won't recommend to anyone

Get the AC fixed. At first I thought it was just set to go off whenever the door to the balcony opened but no it just shut off at random times. The furniture needs updating. I stayed here the first time in 2015 and then again in 2019. This year I has to stay somewhere else with ac because it is rather warm in June. I wish the shuttle was still available because Earl and Charlotte were awesome and very reliable. Due to covid the shuttle is not available. Another reason I had to stay at a different location. The pool deck is nice though. And the laundry area is sufficient.

We were well taken care of at Aqua Palms Waikiki. Perfect location right across the street from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to some great restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was small for the price, but it did come with a balcony. Elevators are very slow. Pool is nice but a reservation is required due to covid. Free coffee machine and organic sunscreen. About a 10min walk from the beach. They let us keep our luggage there between our checkout time and our flight!

I'm near the top floor and the traffic noise and sirens on the road below are very loud.

It's a good stay for a budget price and great location. Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were decently clean, and it's in a nice area.

You get what you paid for. Elevators might honestly be powered by turtles in a hamster wheel. We were 7 levels away from lobby/ ground floor and we just took the stairs everyday cause it was faster. The on-site laundry is old school with no privacy. Lastly the staff is extremely cheap and unfriendly. I tried getting 3 sets of plastic disposable utensils for a late night munch, but because our room only had 2 people listed as guest, they were only willing to part with two plastic forks. They get 2 star cause prime location & cheap rates.

Security is really awesome. Lobby doors lock at 10: 00p.m. -6: 00a.m. Also, there are undercovers there that have so much fun.you can totally tell that their sober, acting like, they're high.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great! The staff were all very friendly. They had beach towels available for us to use whenever we wanted. Due to covid, housekeeping does not clean the rooms during your stay but they provide everything you need while you're there. Rooms and lobby were very clean! It's just a 5 minute walk to Fort DeRussy beach which, in my opinion, is a lot nicer than Waikiki Beach. Overall, a very pleasant and affordable hotel to stay at!

We only stayed two nights. Lady at the front desk was super rude.
Wasn't notified the pool wasn't in use (main reason for booking this cheap hotel) rooms are nice and mostly clean but didn't give me the two rooms I paid for, they instead switch one room. I found a drug razor blade in the room SUPER SCARY because we had our toddler with us. Elevators SUCK! Never staying again!

Newly done smart renovations. HONESTLY the nicest staff very helpful. No negativity. Often very affordable. And on main bus lines 42 20 direct from airport. I've come to rely on it truthfully.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Aqua Palms for 9 days. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were delightful and so accommodating. We were given the highest floor with a balcony. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, coffee pot with actual mugs was so nice, and they gave us Mac Nut chocolates for our anniversary. Housekeeping was only available upon request, which I liked better because no one came to our room unless we asked. I think we only requested extra towels once. They do give out beach towels for the beach, which was SO helpful that we didn't need to buy that. I only gave it 4/5 stars because our floors were pretty dirty, our feet turned black and the pool was closed due to a pipe busting. Other than that, a pretty great stay for the price! Parking was $28 a day, but totally worth it since there wasn't any available parking any where else. I would definitely recommend this place!
