Bought a dresser today. Jesse Furumoto was extremely helpful AND patient. Totally scored as they had a serious sale going on. Got some cool art and a fabulous lamp made in India @ a huge discount. HAPPY.:)

Jesse Furumoto was excellent today. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to up sell me on something more expensive. He was very accommodating even moving pieces of furniture to try to achieve a match. Although he is new to the business I feel his caring personality will take him far. Thank you, Jesse!

I had the privilege of B. J. Showing us around the store room. We walked in with an idea we had in mind for a sectional couch and B. J.knew exactly what we were talking about. She directed us to the first couch and right when we saw it we knew this was the one. It had the right depth, perfect length and color was on point! We did a stroll around just to see what else was available but we knew that was the one. B. J was great and knowledgeable, but the best part was her genuine personality that felt like family. Sean Sasaki was patient, professional, and knowledgeable in helping us refurbish our home after a major renovation. He guided us though our purchasing decisions. He is responsive and prompt in responding to emails and we will make the drive from Aina Haina to buy from him.

Jesse was awesome! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture I was interested in purchasing. Polite and patient with me in making my selection as well! Matt Pangelinan was an absolute blast to work with! My wife and I decided to go window shopping at Homeworld Pearlridge to get ideas for furniture as first-time home buyers. From the moment we walked in, Matt made us feel comfortable, nor we didn't feel any pressure to commit to buying anything at the time. Matt was able to help us find all the items we were looking for online and we decided to get an estimate for the furniture that caught our eye. At the end of the day, we didn't buy anything because we wanted to shop around and not regret purchasing anything on an impulse. Matt was super cool throughout the entire process and sent us a friendly text later that evening with a price breakdown for everything we were interested in.

After looking at different furniture stores on the island, we realized that nothing quite compared to the various selections and pricing that we found at Homeworld and Ashley. However, we decided to still wait to make sure we were making the right choice.

Fast forward a couple weeks later, I texted Matt the day before Thanksgiving that we decided to proceed with the purchase. With Black Friday quickly approaching, Matt recommended to come in sooner rather than later, as the store gets ridiculously busy and inventory tends to go low during the holidays. Thankfully, Matt was working at the Ashley Salt Lake location and was able to assist us just 30 mins prior to closing. We were able to do a quick walkthrough of all the furniture once more and settled on the purchase; Matt even noticed that the price on a bookshelf was lower than originally posted and made sure to apply the appropriate discount.

Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with our experience at Homeworld/Ashley and the customer service of Matt! We felt that we received a personalized experience rather than just another salesperson trying to sell us something. We're excited with our purchase and can't wait to have everything delivered to furnish our new home!

So easy to select from so much great furniture inventory. Jesse was my salesperson who greeted me and helped me purchase a sofa, tv stand, dining room set, and a queen-sized bed. Home delivery was arranged and it was just that easy. The holiday season is here and Ashley are giving customers free Hawaiian ornaments, fabulous! Great shopping experience and Jesse is the professional to see.

I awaited for quite awhile due to having only two salespeople on the floor. After deciding what I wanted, I located salesperson at the register. There was no sales pitch at all. Straight to the cash register and sales rung up. I had to ask how the installation was done and amount of boxes are involved. I also initialed a box that says, “protection plan have been clearly explained…. ” But it was not explained at all.

It was amazing. From the time I first walked into the store, the store manager, Larry, greeted us. He asked about what we were looking for and directed us where to go. The sales lady, Ayanna, let us know where everything was and was very patient with meeting our needs. She gave great advice and made us feel so comfortable. Super friendly staff with a huge showroom. Entirely separate bed section with a ton of choices and markdowns. Shipping is much quicker than the NEX and they have way more options for living room sets, bedroom sets, dining tables, and outdoor patio furniture. I still have my section sofa from 15 years ago, love this place.

Service was excellent! Ayanna would check with us as we were browsing around the showroom and she was very helpful in helping us find a sofa/chaise combo and a beautiful coffee table both which met our needs. Wonderful shopping experience and will definitely recommend Ashley Homestore Bougainville to family and friends!
