Not a fan. Hard to reach, and poor level of service and communications. Their processes are overly bureaucratic, and the Board elections they oversee are poorly managed and a waste of money.

When I asked for a tally of election results, the community manager said she would email it to me for a fee. When I spoke with her supervisor, she quoted some law and said they were "entitled" to pass on a fee, even though there is no direct cost to send an email. That reflects a lot!

I hope there are better options out there.

This review is for our Community Manager, Jennifer Randall. She has mad skills in all areas necessary to do this job successfully, including; creative thinking, organizational, communication, managing people, follow through, perseverance and kindness. I could go on and on. Kudos to Associa for hiring her!
