Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Kapolei HI

Cast members were very friendly, the pools and the beach were fun. The meet and greets were very cute. Even with the changes they had to make for certain activities due to the pandemic everything was wonderful. Definitely planning to return once we are able to fully experience everything a bit more like we would've pre-COVID. Wish I could've stayed longer and my family and I wanted to go back before our plane home even took off.

I really enjoyed my recent week here. You pay a premium for it, but the Disney service is outstanding. The resort has things to do for all ages, and our entire family had a wonderful time.

Best place to have a family vacation. Excellent customer service, care about covid, safe place, good places to eat, a lot of fun thing to do.
This are the 4th time that we come back and every time we enjoyed a lot. No fare from Honolulu, Wakiki, for people who like kind of big cities, and 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu Airport.
I recomend this place to any age, travel alone, with friend or family

Great property and ocean view. Saltwater pool where you can swim with the fishes! Multiple pools to swim in or lounge around. Pool for children. Play area for children and children at heart. Water slides.

What more is there to say other than this is Disney at its best. The staff is so friendly, the views are amazing, and the experience is once in a lifetime! Glad I got the chance to visit!

We love Aulani! Even though some things changed since covid, we still love the resort and spa.

Fun times, room was OK, view from the 11th floor ocean view room was phenomenal. My daughter loved the lazy river more than nearly anything else in Hawaii and the pool (and shave ice) were amazing. I didn't have a chance to experience the good or reef but I heard good things about those.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Disney level of hospitality. All the cast members were amazing. We hope to be able to return someday.

The pool deck is great and tailored for families as you'd expect. The Poke Nachos at Off The Hook were delicious.

I love this place, even if you don't have kids, there isn't really a hotel with a nicer private beach in the area. It's worth it if you can book when they have a 30 percent off special. Float down the lazy river all day.

A very nice Hawaiian resort, but. Well, COVID. They are doing the best they can with the requirements in place. Prices seem kinda high, like $40 for 2 mai-tais and 1 non alcoholic beverage. $90 for a meal for 3 is midrange. But the pools and other facilities are well maintained. They offer a $45 per person length of stay option on the Rainbow Reef experience, but honestly, 20 minutes is really about all you need, unless you really, really like fish. There's a shopping center across the street with a lot of different options including an ABC store (cheap booze, wink, wink). Overall, we are having a great time and would suggest a stay here, especially if you have kids. And some spending money.

This resort is awesome lots of amenities and lots activities to keep the kids busy without having to leave the resort.

Staff and service is always good but the hotel needs to be renovated. This was our 6th time there and it needs some love

The property and beach front location is stunning! Food is outstanding! Lots of pools for all ages (kids play area pool, fun water and tube slides, lazy river and an adult only hot tub w/ infinity edge over looking the beach). Saw a mixed group of people there, from families w/ kids, older & young couples both tourists and locals looking for a staycation. Service is outstanding! Super friendly staff. Only downside, it is very expensive, but it's Disney so that's to be expected. I had a blast though!

Amazing resort, beautiful property, great food, great staff.have to stay log enough to try everything!

We stayed for two nights and ended up leaving after one. There are no chairs at the pools unless you want to wake up around 7am and get down there first. There were pills on the floor of our room that my child found. Overall not worth the price we paid and we all left disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
