Excellent overall! Fast and timely initial communication and updates, super responsive, excellent integration with Allstate insurance agents and Enterprise Car Rental while repairs were being done. Highly professional operation and people. Everything was seamless and delivered quality work ahead of schedule. We were surprised (in a good way) at every aspect of our experience with them - highly recommend!

This shop is honestly the best body shop I've ever worked with. The panel they repaired looked brand new. The rest of the vehicle they didn't work on looked bad by comparison! I will not hesitate to request this shop to my insurance in the future. The employees are courteous and point blank honest.

Not sure what the issue was. Took my car in for an estimate and eventual repair. I was told by the manager, Tom that the estimate we going to be sent to my insurance company and I was going to get a call. I did not get a call from 17-22 October after numerous promises. I called in on several occasions and all I got was one excuse after the next. On one occasion I was told the estimator had completed the estimate but needed to get clarification from my insurance company. Keep in mind I am in constant communication with my insurance company and according my insurance company, Autocraft Hawaii was yet to contact them. Whatever Autocraft Hawaii reason was for not providing me with a quality service that I deserve is unknown to me. My hope is that this is a misunderstanding.

Tom and his people are AMAZING, from the start to the end. The first question from them was, "is everyone ok? " When I said I needed my car repaired. Super quick turn-around, super nice people "they offered me cake, ice cream, and candy in the 15 minutes I was there lol), and just good people!

Tom the manager and Haley the receptionist was very informative and friendly. I didnt have any problems and they kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle got done sooner than I excpected, that was a big plus! I will go back to Auto Craft Hawaii for all of my autobody needs.

As an Allstate customer, I am more than pleased with not only Autocraft's detailed work to repair my car after an Xterra backed into me in a parking lot, but their service and care were also exceptional. From the moment I called them, Autocraft put me at ease and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
My car looks brand new again, and now I can relax again. They even took the extra care to put my car inside their shop and up on a lift in case of flooding due to the threat of a hurricane.
I have gone to other places over the years, Autocraft is by far my new choice. They even washed my car and vacuumed it! It's about time we had a repair shop in Kapolei that works directly with Allstate.
