Typical AutoZone. Good selection of stuff, workers are friendly and polite. Parking is a little tight, but that is just about any place on island.

Even though I was looking for a specific product, there were lots of similar options available! Great service!

My battery died and spoke to sales assistant Bev. She was awesome! She got me what i needed and put in the new battery for me. I was on my way in no time. Great experience, no hassel and very professional.

Yesterday we had a miscommunication with a return so we were asked to come back today to speak with the store manager about it. I walked in and spoke with Devon this morning and he fixed it within 5 minutes. Everybody that we dealt with, yesterday and today, was so kind and truly showed the aloha spirit! I'm very glad that this is the auto zone closest to me!

Don’t go to this store customer service is all time low waited in line for 10minutes guy talking phone with his friend no care in the world didn’t bother assist girl pulls guy in second line after me who just walk in and serviced him unbelievable save your money don’t go here.

Great Customer Service. Store manager is awesome! Store is always stocked and super clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is really nice and knowledgeable! Best on Island!

7/21/22. Went in to AutoZone, Ewa Beach Hawaii this morning to have my battery checked in my 2016 Chrysler 300 Ltd. Ms. Reche quickly diagnosed that my battery needed to replaced (almost 6 years old). She suggested a Duralast Gold battery for its good quality, dependability and warranty. Ms. Reche provided “outstanding, prompt and professional” customer service which is an excellent reflection of this store. My family has been coming here for several years now and will continue to do so! Thank you again Reche for delighting a customer today and sharing your aloha spirit! I’m very impressed with the high level of customer service at the Ewa Beach AutoZone. Chris showed an exceptional level of customer service by greeting me when I entered the store and helping me choose and install wipers on my vehicle. He went above and beyond what most employees would do and certainly earned my business from now on.

Bev K is very attentive to the needs of whatever it is you're working on! She knows the products and services with a level of knowledge that is amazing!

Took friend uo check his car battery - Duralast - they checked and charged it up, took about 1 1/2 hours - no charge

Since I been going to ewa autozone, they always had the part I needed. If not they'll call and find out which store does.

Super helpful there, they knew exactly what I needed when I described the issue my car was having. Definitely a go-to because they’re very knowledgeable!

The customer service representative I was dealing with had no clue what a spark plug was when he found the spark plugs they were incorrect he probably shouldn't be working in this industry since clearly he doesn't understand what Auto parts actually are because the spark plugs he did find we're not for my vehicle when I told him my vehicle type he's still selected the incorrect vehicle type and said oh that's the same no I know the difference between the two different types of vehicles one is a V8 one is a 4 cylinder then the manager was just a jack hole with attitude I would avoid this place their employees and management suck
