I'm thankful for B. J.and her Aloha and genuine care towards me and my family. She knows me so that makes things easier. B. J.has a heart of gold and Ballards is blessed to have her on board. Mahalo and God bless all of the staff at Ballards.

Charisse of Ballard's provided kindness and professionalism during the process of preparing for our Father's services. She coordinated the preparation and worked seamlessly with the Veteran's Administration and our Church service. We always felt comfortable working with Charisse and the result was a memorable experience for our Father.

Charisse and the entire team at Ballard Family Mortuary treated us like Ohana. What more can I say. Ohana is everything. Stay safe and blessed everyone. Much Love and Aloha's.

Molly really made me feel like part of her family when she was speaking to me. She really helped me in that dark time.

I was tasked to plan my Dad's funeral in less than 1 week of his passing. I remember being so stressed, tired, and jet-lagged that it was incredibly difficult for me to even make any decisions. Let me just say, without the help Charisse and BJ. I don't think I would've made it through anything.

The staff at Ballard Family Mortuary specificallly Charisse and funeral director BJ provided my family and I with EXCEPTIONAL CARE. I can't thank them enough for the love, care, and support they have provided us during such a difficult time. From the first initial phone call.to the time of my fathers burial, BJ and Charisse made sure that everything was covered: flowers, program, obituary, and more. They both were so compassionate, kind, and very much patient. (FYI- I am a type-A person, who ask's a lot of questions and clarifies more than once.) Never once did I have to question about the care or the details of the services. The facility was clean, there was more than enough parking outside, and had enough room for our family and friends. In addition: My dad looked incredibly handsome and young in his casket- shout out to their make up artist! Most importantly, the services ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about what was next. At the end of the services, I considered them part of my family.

The only downfall is that we wished to have his funeral services on the weekend but couldn't do the burial due to low staffing at Valley Isle Memorial Park (Haiku).

Lastly, If you're looking for who to trust with your loved ones definitely consider Ballard Family Mortuary. I recommend their services and would give them a 10 star if I could.

I want to thank Molly for helping us make all of our final arrangements for our mother. She was very helpful, informative and personable.
