Barbers Point Lighthouse reviews
7 This is in a public accessible beach park and was perfect for a sunset! Yes it is in an industrial area, but there were plenty of people around and it’s right next to a luau so we never felt unsafe.
Some reviews mentioned a bad smell but we never had that issue. Maybe it depends on the wind? Regardless, it wasn’t busy and the perfect picturesque spot to watch a Hawaiian sunset.
A discreet oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. A serene location for observing the beauty of a sunset.
Industrial area. The beach isn't all that great, and the beach park is pretty run down.
Parking lot is currently closed but you can walk in. I suggest walk around the corner to the light house. The rock is beautiful with the sand and waves
Beautiful lighthouse, right on the beech. The beach is amazing, lots of great photo opportunities and very clean. Definitely a must see spot for a sunset.
Really beautiful hidden location, strong currents not recommended for children
Overall Barber’s Point beach, and the lighthouse are quite beautiful. Don’t let the drive in, nor the fear of the unhoused keep you away. You’ll be welcomed to stunning views, and very few others around. Those that do call the area home, they’ll respect you, if left alone, and respected as any human would wished to be.
