Todd was amazing. I called to see if they even had a bike small enough for my petite son and he worked really hard to locate one. In the end, it was one of his small frame bikes that fit! Booking was easy and they were great about accommodating our families needs. He took my husband and 11 year old son (an avid mountain biker) out for 2 hours. He let my son set the pace and showed them some beautiful scenery along the way. Thanks Todd and BIBT for making our vacation even better!

As an avid mountain biker the idea of exploring a private ranch on the Big Island was a 'must do' activity. The ride did not disappoint - great scenery and a great guide. Jeremy is super cool and regaled us with tales of growing up in the area during our ride. A great restaurant recommendation was an added bonus.

Mountain biking Anna Ranch with Jeremy was one of our favorite days on the Big Island. We have loved mountain biking in the past, but as we have gotten older it has become increasingly difficult. Using e-bikes was a game changer! It was still a good workout and shifting and controlling the bike is exactly the same, but pedal assist allowed us to do more and have it be a more enjoyable ride—it was great! Jeremy was so much fun and personable that it was like riding with a good friend. We enjoyed learning about the area and getting biking tips from him. We highly recommend this tour!

Tried for a month to email with no reply. Left a phone message and they called back days later. No road bike tours, not helpful and left us disappointed about biking on our trip. Don’t count on their tours.

We did the Anna Ranch e-MTB ride and it was great! It was a nice out and back with some fun switch backs, side trip to a waterfall, and incredible scenery. Dan, our guide, was awesome! He was great to spend time with and made an exception with the departure time to fit our schedule. He was also very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Since visiting Waimea years ago, I wanted to explore the surrounding hills and the Anna Ranch ride was a perfect way to do it. It did not disappoint! Riding e-bikes was pretty rad too - we were on vacation.

We had a great ride on mana road with Jeremy our highly competent and informative guide. His guiding skill not only navigated us to beautiful views they also sent us to some fantastic local eats.

Jeremy guided my wife and I on the Mana Dirt e-mountain bike tour earlier this week. The ride exceeded our expectations on all levels. The Giant e-mountain bikes performed well, allowing us to hit the uphill portions of the road with just enough assistance to keep it fun. The downhill stretch was as exhilarating as any downhill ride could be. The e-bike allowed us to access a greater distance in the remarkably beautiful terrain. Jeremy was the perfect guide. He provided just the right amount of technical guidance and was a wealth of information and insight on a spectrum of topics from geology, to island history and social/cultural facts related to the Big Island and Hawaii in general. We definitely look forward to joining him on our next visit; Big Thanks.

Amazing bike tour. Jeremy was a great tour guide. Just the right amount of "tour" stuff along with a pretty spirited ride. The bike was in pretty good condition. Jeremy put my own petals on which made the ride that much nicer. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Waimea is also very beautiful. Eat at village burger on your way out.

We had an amazing time on this tour! Never ridden an ebike before? Don't worry - neither had we and we picked it up quickly. You still get exercise but the experience is way more enjoyable. The tour takes you through terrain and ranches most people don't get to see during their visit to the island. Jeremy was a consummate guide with not only great information on the area we were in but also interesting insights on current Island events and funny personal stories. Beautiful ride at the historic Anna Ranch. Our guide, Jeremy, was great. Lots of interesting history on the ride up to the top of the 110 acre property. Sweet single track ride down. Awesome experience! Definitely not for those who are new to mountain biking!
