Great consistent service which has been a nice change from other places we’ve gone. BMW has brought us back and looks like we are back for good.

Thomas was very easy to work with, and informative. It was a work day for me and decided to drop in before work. Advised Thomas of this and he collected all my information, test drive, and phone number before making it to work on time. After work returned to finish the purchase in 15mins. Finance guy, David (GM), and Thomas (sales) are outstanding!

Valet service is of little value unless car is returned as soon as service has been completed.

Very Efficient, professional and polite with an attention to detail. They made the appt tolerable and accommodated us (we drove from Hilo) and we will for sure go back to have the car serviced there again.

Took my 2011 Mini Cooper in because it had a turn signal stuck on right turn, headlights stayed on bright, hatchback would not unlatch without using remote. I was told the footwell module had water damage. It controls everything from lights, ac, door looks, moon roof, etc.it is located in a stupid location on drives side near the floor where it can absorb water from wet carpet. 1600.00 plus dollars later my car was returned to me with turn signals working but was told would not cancel without physically flipping the stalk, that and the hatchback still did not work without the remote. I hooked up my obd 2 analyzer, and cleared all the issues myself, something the technician should have done.
