Body Haven in Hilo is one of my absolute favorite places to be. I look forward to my twice a week visits for Sauna + Cold Plunge and have noticed remarkable improvement in my muscle recovery and mental clarity. As a yoga instructor and small business owner these are crucial elements in self care and maintenance. Joanie and her team are always greeting me with a smile and good conversation!
