If you're headed to Kailua or Lanikai Beach, this place is a MUST to visit (put it on your agenda now if you haven't already - jk). The food here is BEYOND excellent! Now, I am not a breakfast person, nor am I morning person (ask my friends.they'll tell you I am super cranky in the morning) but if you say Boot's & Kimo's Pancakes I transform into a smiling early bird. That's how much I LOVE the Mac Nut Pancakes here. Hands down best.thing.ever! Seriously, it's that good. And the spam & eggs, well that was more for nostalgia and for sharing with my friend who never had Spam before. Definitely the place to go for good morning eats and that's coming from someone who almost always skips breakfast. I'm telling you this place is GOLD.

First time customer. Outstanding food. Macadamia sauce made the breakfast plate. Very good selection of breakfast specials. Staff was friendly and provided quick service. A definite return is warranted.

Can’t go wrong with breakfast here. Had to get their pancakes, it’s what they’re known for. Had that along with a spinach and mushroom omelette. Also ordered were the Portuguese sausage omelette and the Kalbi beef steak which were exceptional.

The food was utter garbage i ordered ribs and they had the audacity to give me what they did. In total there was only 4 actual bites of meat out of the 4 disgusting excuses for ribs. I basically payed $20 for rice and eggs. Never eating here again and i suggest nobody else does either.

Hostess let 5 other parties ahead of our party of 3 to their tables and wasted an hour of our time, after showing up with no line. Complete waste of time

Cheap diner food, service & atmosphere at $$$$ fine dining prices. I would love this place and go back again & again if only the prices were reasonable and relevant to the type of restaurant that it is. It's like Waikiki tourist prices but in enchanted lakes! Crazy! Right by our house. Such a bummer cuz the food was good but sadly we won't be coming back. I'll just let the tourists get robbed.

So delicious, so great prices, and I absolutely cannot gush enough about how diverse of a menu they have. Their mochiko fried chicken has an amazing crunch and flavor, and their world famous macadamia nut sauce on their pancakes is thick and well deserving of the title "World Famous". I'd drink it by itself it's so good. I almost finished my meal and got take out so I could enjoy it again at a later time. 10/10

They moved to a new location since we were here last in 2020. Much larger dining area and more parking. They follow all covid protocols temp checks, vax cards with ID & masks. Everything was delicious as usual. I really enjoyed their Portuguese sausage.

Omg only three things to check out. The garlic chicken, the pancakes with AMaZING Macadamia Nut Sauce and lastly the hot guy host who checks ur temperature and sits you down. Hey Hot Pancakes and Hot Guy Server go well together. To those three asian chicks fangirling this hot server, back off! Hahaha Hidden gem, food is amazingly good. Should have one here in Waikiki! And also please start selling those sauce in bottles.

This place was absolutely amazing! The short ribs breakfast was so delicious and it was definitely the biggest short ribs I've ever seen in my life! 100% recommend this place

I visited this place because my friends told me to do. The pan cake with macadamia sauce is quite shocking to me. It was the taste of heaven. Also, egg Benedict is quite impressing. If you are fan of pancakes, you should definitely visit this place.

A friend had the ono fish plate, & we were very struck by the flavor & texture of the fish - it was meaty, almost like chicken. The kalbi ribs were also very flavorful & well-cooked. Sweet fare - waffles, pancakes, french toast - coated in macadamia nut sauce was all very tasty. Staff was friendly & attentive as well. Great spot!

My kids took me and my husband there to eat for my birthday. It was our 1st time eating there, my husband and I. Their service was Awesome and the food was quick, freshly made and so ono. The place is so welcoming and very clean. Sandra surprised me with a pancake and a candle on it and sang Happy Birthday to me with everyone else dinning in there. It really meant a lot to me. Laura, Sandra and everyone of the staff that assisted us was very attentive, professional and friendly. So much Aloha. Thank you so much and God Bless you always!

This restaurant is absolutely worth the 30 minute wait! My friends and I ordered 5 dishes to share and every one of them was perfect! I order the fish for breakfast which featured Ono Wahoo fish; my first time eating this fish and it was superbly juicy and flavorful! Highly recommend macadamia nut blueberry pancakes, short rib breakfast, macadamia nut french toast, and the Wahoo Fish.

From the mainland, it was my first time here. OG pancakes with the Mac nut sauce just set the standard for all pancakes. Delicious.
Also had the fried rice omelette, hands down one of the best omelettes I've ever had. Portuguese Sausage was flavorful and smokey. Definitely will make it back here again if I'm in O'ahu.

Wow, the pancakes with the macadamia nut sauce is amazing. Very very good. Also had an omelette that had corned beef, tomatoes, onions, and swiss cheese. It was very good. Place is a little pricey, but the pancakes with macadamia nut sauce are a must try.

One of my top favorites when visiting. Had the banana pancakes with their macadamia nut sauce along with korean fried chicken. Won't be disappointed. Mightve ate too much as I found myself taking a nice nap at the beach.
