Ordered a veggie burrito to go and they didn’t even try to get us the right thing. I got a steak burrito instead

Nice place, not a lot of customers when other restaurants were full. Margs were fine and who can screw up chips and salsa. The main course, an easy chicken burrito was terrible. Not trying to be mean, but unless salty rice and burnt chicken is what you look for in a burrito I recommend going elsewhere.

The rooftop atmosphere and drinks were the two pieces holding this place together. However, service was inefficient and poor. Better management needed overall. Several tables around us were ignored for 30 minutes or longer, including ours. If they can fix the service aspect, this could be a great place.

No atmosphere, bland starters and no beer. We left very quickly. When we tried to book for an outside table were advised there were none.the restaurant was empty. Never again. Go somewhere else if you want a good evening.

WORST BIRTHDAY DINNER EVER—SHOULD’VE STAYED HOME! Why did i have to go up to the mini chipotle on site for food? What am i paying for then? Waitress Rachel got 2 out of the 5 meals wrong. So disappointing. Bouncers we’re inspecting me for NO REASON IM BEING SO REALLLL IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY! WEARING A CROWN AND EVERYTHING AND THEY OSTRACIZED MEEE AND KICKED MY FRIEND OUT. I It was my 23rd birthday. Grabbed my arm…assault.
I can’t even get into all of it but it was crazy and so disrespectful. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional bouncers.

This was the most awful experience of my life. The music was way too loud while we were eating and the food was so mid. The waitress Rachel messed up 2 orders and we had to wait forever. It was my friends birthday, she was wearing birthday crown and everything and not a single mention from the staff. Very unprofessional. This place is very crusty. Everything is so dirty. The security manhandles my friend on her birthday, when she literally had a wristband and we were minding our own business when we got kicked out for no reason whatsoever. Namaste B! Tch

I ate here last week and it was not good at all. I also hear the management is trash and I heard they don't give their old employees their old tax information

The rooftop atsmophere was pretty cool! You don't really have a view of the ocean, just the city. Our waiter wasn't bad but didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Seemed more interested in just running back to talk to his co-workers. The food was pretty good but was expecting a more Hawaiian fusion and it was pretty much just Mexican food.

Best spicy margarita on the island, and competitive for best in Texas, yes they are that good. The ceviche was AMAZING. Highly recommend.

The food taste like hot garbage. The security guards aggressively grabbed my girlfriend’s arm and when I said something to them they got aggressive with me. I also heard they treat their staff poorly and steal money from them. The bottle girl we had was on the verge of crying because Ben the manager was verbally abusing her.

The food is ok. Not special but decent. Atmosphere is nice because of it being rooftop but not special for any other reason. You are paying to be rooftop, not for amazing food or service. We brought visiting family there because they like Mexican food & we thought rooftop would be a cool setting. The drinks & apps came in a reasonable amount of time. We had to wait for almost 2 hours for our entrees. The waiter said the kitchen was having a meltdown & we would be "comped" some for our extraordinary wait. Waiter didn't bring all the food out together, but as it was made, I guess, which made it awkward for everyone because we're starving at this point & some of us have food & others don't. The last meal to come out was not what was ordered & when I said this wasn't my food, the waiter said, " You're right. Well.you can eat it. " and started to walk away. I told him I preferred to have what I ordered & didn't want to be eating someone else's food but if my actual order had not been cooked & it's not supposed to go to another table, that I guess I would. He left & shortly my food came. The waiter's response to all of this kinda blew my mind. He was busy & they were likely short staffed. Our service & enjoyment definitely suffered from it. The discount given was pretty meager. We didn't argue about it. We wanted to leave. If we had known what was going to happen, we would have gone somewhere else. We live here & know there are too many places to have a much more enjoyable time with service & food that is better.

I was really sad to come back and have a terrible experience. I came here for my birthday and multiple occasions before the pandemic and just went back this week and was very disappointed. The drinks I ordered were pure sugar and undrinkable, the service was so slow and there it was just a few other people there. The menus were so dirty and slimy. Right after our food arrived a huge cockroach ran by us. I remember this place being full of life and good food, unfortunately it is not that anymore. I would not recommend it.

If I was able to give them a 0 star review I would. I saw a cockroach crawl across the table. They rip people off with the bottle service and I know my cousins friends W-2 form got messed up and they still haven’t given her a new one. Which is illegal

This place has a good location but subpar food, but the worst is the sketchy management/ownership. I know multiple people who’ve worked there and got taxed way over what they should, all because management is way over reporting the tips, to hide something maybe? Either way they’ve been told to fix it but refuse to give them the correct W2’s and it’s been months

Food is average at best, but definitely not worth the price you pay. Atmosphere is mediocre, and security is way too aggressive most of the time. Management is terrible and they treat their staff terribly. Met a girl who stopped working there and has been waiting for her W-2 for 4 months. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Had a great date night here with my husband. The rooftop view was gorgeous, the food was great, and the drinks were excellent. The serving portions were plentiful and the margaritas and mojitos are the best on island. Our server Patrick was polite and attentive to our table so we never had to worry about waiting too long for ordering or refills. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone
