I'm repeatedly trying to add to my review on Care Hawaii Hilo and I want to move on to my next goal of reading, "The Right to Adequate Housing: Disabled Individuals in the United States" by Ashley Ward Published January 21,2022. The crisis case manager is burning out the clock until my 30 days with her expires. When told on two separate occasions that I'm going to the hospital, she once didn't contact me and once said she never got my text. When asked for therapists who do DBT, she said she had nothing since she just pulls names off Psychology Today. Unreal. The dispatcher was incompetent as well, worked at a snail's pace and claimed he never received last year's referral. Even though I'd called to check.

My CM (Sherry) very personable, was out of her way helpful. Impressive and admirable. Fueled w/Aloha

An excellent and comprehensive Behavioral Health Program. I absolutely love my Case Manager, she is of great help to me!

17 day ago I asked for help.from care 0ahu. Care 0ahu asked for my DOB-SS#-Insurance#. Never got any help. Care 0ahu batter not charge my Insurance for doing nothing to help me.
