CCI Windows, Aiea HI

I made an appointment for an estimate and they didn’t show. After 30 minutes I called and was told that they were doing paperwork and forgot but would come soon. An hour later he showed up, walked through and said he’d email me an estimate. Four days later there was still no email. I called and someone else answered the phone saying “yea”. I asked about the email estimate and never heard back from them.

Customer service was terrible. Got an initial quote from them. And as always, i shopped around to get other quotes. When i finally decided to go with them and their price. The price changed. And they were trying to charge me extra $400 in addition to the original quote. This was not including installation.my advice to you who is reading this.shop somewhere else. Not cci

If you want windows, go somewhere else. Not cci. Customer service is terrible. And pricing is inconsistent

I've worked hand in hand with a lot of the subcontractors that were hired by this company and CCI swears upon that they do install themselves in house. There is no structure nor good quality of work as I know a lot of carpenters who've worked for them. They are flat out terrible. It's sad to see that such a wonderful company in the prior years was sold to the hands to someone who knows absolutely nothing about carpentry and cannot provide proper procedure's how to install any of the materials they sell. I advise you to only purchase but to never get an install from CCI. From their work I have seen and have worked alongside while on property. They are not worth it. I have a close family friend that is currently working with them and for one window after purchase takes more than 7 months to get done. I was told sometimes a full house will take over two years. Ask around first prior to working with this company. They will take your money and run.
