Champagne Nail Spa, Kahului HI

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I got a Gel Mani and Gel Pedi before Christmas. It’s not cheap by any means. But, the very next day my Polish started to fall off on my toes. I went back in to have it fixed and lost Polish on other toes! It’s a shame, I really liked coming here. This is my one treat to myself. Every couple of months.

Went to the salon to get our brows wax but they didn’t do a great job, it was super rush. The wax was too hot it left a bruise on my eyebrows. She asked if it was too hot I said yea and she just said sorry and the next time u know she didn’t even blow the wax or to cool it off for a little she still did the same. I got my armpit wax and the lady only did it once and didn’t even clean it up and she only did 1 side on each of my armpit. Very poor service and quality. I always get my eyebrows done there but the lady who did it before was super nice and she knows how to do her job. But the lady I had today was nice but she can’t do her job properly!

I went in with my 2 daughters today to get our nails done. I did call ahead of time to make an appointment. We were greeted warmly when we checked in & was seated immediately in separate stations. The employees were very nice and did exactly what we wanted. I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails, I showed a picture of what I wanted and she did an excellent job. My girls were happy and pleased with their nails as well. Definitely come back again

Walked by and was drawn in by the cleanliness of the spacious salon and of course Joanne. Made an appointment to get a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure and I was not disappointed. Comfortable massage chairs and wonderful service! Will definitely be back.

I feel like I was overcharged for the service I got, other times I've gone cost me less then what I was charged this last time

Tina did my acrylic mani and my gel pedi and both were great:) I really appreciated her attention to detail! Pics are unedited so it really does just sparkle like that in the sun! And she did I think the best natural looking and feeling blending up to my cuticle I’ve ever had on an acrylic mani <3 happy to go again: D

So so horrible. Worst experience ever. They said it was $40 an it came up higher. I wanted square an they didn't even do it right. Save your money an don't go here!

Pricing for polish change is 35.00. Even though their website says 15.00. Quality was ok but shop is noisy and overcrowded. I was in there for exactly 30 minutes. #neveragain

Not worth the $$, and nail polish was terribly done! Asked to do it better, and was only given excuses!

One visit turned my feet around professional and friendly staff also very clean store - GREAT JOB!

Personally, I enjoyed everything. I had to catch the bus back to Lahaina at 2: 30, I came in at 1: 45 and they were quick to assist me. The ladies were very accommodating! Two of them worked on me, gel manicure and gel pedicure. They were sweet and they were also quick, and had me get to the bus in time. For the speed they were going I am happy with my results. I don’t normally spend time writing reviews but they deserve a good one after all that I have seen. I would recommend Champagne nails to the next woman who finds herself wanting a nice treat for herself. Honestly, you need to expect a great time and you will get it. There is no need to be so negative. Expect a bad time and that is exactly what you will get. These ladies work hard and I am glad they were able to help me out. Thank you very very much, truly.

To start with the positives; the people that worked there were very nice, and they were able to see me on short notice for a mani-pedi. However, they were very pushy to upcharge me to gel polish, and I had to say no several times. The shaping/cutting of my nails was very uneven, and not a single fingernail was fully covered, even after I pointed it out to the technician. The cost of the service was high compared to other places on-island, especially for what I received.

To be honest I got my nails done once && it was a bit more cheap it was acrylic && had designs way more designs then the picture shown below I only paid 75 at the time because I also had my eyebrows waxed…
I was terribly disappointed as I done my nails on December 28,2022 && I had to pay 94$ for nails worth $29-$43 to other nail salons even talking to my colleagues they said i was ripped off don’t get me wrong I do like it but the date is messed up && the S doesn’t look like an S but as a single mom I wanted to do something nice for my self but I feel like I was over charged && they just tip themselves cuz I called to ask why I was charged that much but what they said did not match there price list && I hope when I call today I can get my money back.

I got exactly what I went in for and the two people who worked on me were super nice and did a great job! I love my Halloween nails

We had gift certificates for deluxe mani and pedis and i had gel on my toes which is the only service I had done and they still charged me extra

I initially went to get a fill on Monday 9/26/22 with my mom who did a whole new set. I first called to ask if they did hand drawn nail art and the person on the phone was not too sure of what I was asking but stated to bring a picture and they can do it. That is was we did. My mom could not do the design she wanted because they needed to look for someone to do it. She just had a purple chrome. I happily did have a design, however, Saturday morning 10/1/22 my pinky nail completely popped off. I called to get it fixed since it had not been a week, but I was expected to pay for this fix. This was not right. This clearly says that their nails is NOT guaranteed to last for at least a week. I refused to pay. It was not my fault that a nail pops off within a week of it being filled. If it needed to be fixed before the fill, then it should have been fixed then. Not when it pops off days later and get charged. I thought professional nail techs can notice if a clients nails has air pockets or cracks in the acrylic, not just slap on acrylic fill and hope for the best. Not blame the client it's their fault they banged it so pay. I have worn nails for years and have never had problems like this. I will never be returning. My nail was actually fixed, however, the nail was made too short. I said it was shorter than the rest but I was told it was the same length. I see the obvious difference. Now I need to go back to my normal nail artist to probably fix all my nails. I noticed none of the techs sanitize any of the nail drill tools including nail filers they use between clients. Nor have clients wash their hands before being worked on. I can imagine the unsanitaryness is what is at fault. Contaminating other clients nails with other clients potential filth.
