Charleys Cheesesteaks, Honolulu HI

I was hungry, but I threw it all away. I couldn't eat the meat because it smelled sour, and the bread wasn't that good. The meat was tough, smelly, and tasteless, so it was a waste of money.

This is junk. It's full of volume.
There are also enough potatoes to overflow.
I like how they generously serve ketchup, which is typical of America.

I've never eaten at a Charleys Cheesesteaks before. My wife said she used to eat at one all the time 15 years ago when she lived in Florida, so I decided to try it. The pictures on the advertisement is what sold me on it. The old school looked awesome. I was so disappointed when I got it. It didn't look anything like the picture (I know nothing ever does), and the meat reminded me of steakums. It was sloppy and hard to eat. It wasn't disgusting or terrible it was just not what I thought it was going to me. Basically, it's the cheesesteak equivalent of what I would imagine McDonald's would make if they made a cheesesteak.
I shouldn't have taken my wifes advice. She is a trash panda that doesn't have a refined palette.

Great taste, freshly cooked. The chef was obviously in a good mood: he sang while cooking. Food was awesome

Food was good. Giving order and getting order was harder than it should be. It was very hard to hear with all the noise in the food court.

The Cheesy bacon fries were delicious, the sandwich was amazing. Simple menu, great cheese steak sandwich.
