Cheapest taxi when traveling to or from a Waikiki Beach hotel. It was also very easy to schedule and was on-time every time we scheduled it.

I am a frequent traveler to Hawaii. I have been using the flat rate Airport fee to and from Waikiki since 1995. I’ve never had a missed reservation. The drivers have always been respectful and good drivers. The cars are always clean. I usually book via the web. On departure from the hotel they text me one hour in advance to confirm the reservation. Today was the Honolulu Marathon and the phone staff and driver went out of their way to make sure I could get to the airport with all the road closures including Ala Moana Blvd at my hotel. Big hug!

Horriable and terrifying! I wished I could give them 0 or even negative reviews! We reserved a ride of 6 ppl for my family from wakiki Laylow to airport, came 2 cars (one mini van and a black suv) with two Asian men (one special korean) rushing came out of the cars calling my sisters’s name, each of them picked our luggage into two different cars. I was not even had time to asked my sister and the other man also took my mom’s luggage to the other car told us them we go separately. But we reserved ONE car. I thought it was flat rate and maybe cheaper because they may have to pick up another customers at the same way. At the end, we tried to call the company where to reserve the ride the clarified, they were not able to give us an answer of why two cars come and both drivers request us to paid $37. And one of them at at intimidating us that he is going to call the police if we don’t pay while my sister call the company, asked my sister to put on hold while the driver also call in the same time to clarified. The company representative instead of helping us, they disconnected the call and have the driver handle and told him to also call the police. Literally, as a tourist that rushing to airport for flight we have no time to to deal with this while also 3 children were there. This company is horrible and we ended up paying $80 for two cars! Both taxi drivers and the call representatives are not responsible.

It was the worst taxi. Even though I had canceled, they came without permission and charged me a large amount of money. Anyway, I was charged an extremely high amount of money without any explanation, even though I don't speak Japanese, and the Japanese staff were particularly bad at responding. I said I would call back, but they didn't come. It really was the worst. I don't want to use it again.

I made a reservation because it said it would be a fixed price from the airport to Waikiki, but in reality, I was charged $60 at the meter. I can't even pay by credit card, and I can only assume that this was done intentionally to not leave a payment history.
I didn't notice it because it was flopping around so much when I was getting off, but please be careful. Although it is often recommended, it is better not to use it. Just use another taxi company.

Always on time, professional and friendly drivers, the vans were very clean AND a set price to or from the airport to Waikiki Beach.

Pre-booked a midnight pickup at Honolulu airport because we wanted to getbto hotel after a long flight. No cab waiting or even assign3according to their app. Called them and put on hold. Found another taxi service to get us there. Do not use this unreliable service

Use Uber or Lyft in Honolulu because these cab prices will SCREW you! Twice as much is an Uber!

TWICE THE PRICE compared to Uber for a short trip in the resort area (yes, I checked afterwards as it seemed extortionate!).
Flat airport fee doesn't look that cheap either after adding luggage surcharge and tip: -/

On our day trip from the Big Island, we booked a taxi to see some of sights the highlights of Oahu. Found Charley's taxi to be an excellent choice for great service from the dispatchers to our driver. The car was clean, staff was helpful in planning, driver friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and what to see! The flat price for the day was reasonable and great economical choice for a family of 5.

Our driver was punctual courtesy kind and very knowledgeable. He treated us with respect gave us ideas and places for us too visit that you might not see on a tourist map. We can't think him enough for his incredible attitude and vacation advice.

Charley's Taxi is the best! We used them on our previous two trips to the airport. He arrived EXACTLY at the prearranged time. We liked them so much that we prearranged for them to pick us up when we return to Hawaii. Oh, did I mention they also have the best fares on Oahu. You won't go wrong!

If you make a reservation online, you will arrive exactly at that time. Some people can speak broken Japanese. I appreciate the flat rate system. Drive safely.
