There is a discount if you make a reservation in advance, and when I tell you that I'm not good at Fore Conn, they recommend the 883, which is easy to ride. In addition, since it was close to the hotel, I was politely informed that I could go to the store the day before and receive an explanation so that I could leave the next morning smoothly.
You can borrow a sturdy smartphone holder and a helmet of various sizes for free.

The pleasant (roaring) muffler, which is likely to be caught in Japan, allows you to fully enjoy the air-cooled sound of Tetsuma, and the presence appeal to the surroundings played a role in safety. You can freely go to places that you can not go on a tour, and if you want to enjoy Hawaii, I recommend renting it. It's a little disappointing that the closing time is 17: 00, which is early, and that some staff members are too busy and businesslike.

It was helpful to tell me about refueling points and estimated time to avoid traffic jams. I would like to rent it again next time.

Bike was great, rental process was painless, the wonderful lady at the counter even let me have an extra helmet and an additional hour at no charge. If renting in Honolulu i highly recommend!

They stole €565.14 from me saying they would keep it until the outcome of the insurance which was in my favor, so they kept my money and took the insurance money. And they never replied to my mails. Other than that the bikes are in neat condition.

230625 Rental Harley that I wanted to ride once. It's OK if you have a middle school exemption. After all, it feels good. The scenery is too good, so be careful of accidents. I would appreciate it if the closing time was 1-2 hours late.

Chase Hawaii rentals are superb! I recently celebrated my 55th birthday with a motorcycle ride in my 49th state. How better to do it than with 4 of your closest friends and their significant others? 5 Big Boy Harleys rolling in Waikiki! Thanks to Chase I was able to check off something from my bucket list that doesn’t really exist. The owner and I share the same birthday which was the day we rented the bikes. I rented the Rebel 500 for two days. The staff was very friendly and the rental fee was very reasonable. Helmets and other items can be rented for free, so it was very good to be able to rent a motorcycle empty-handed! Also, the helmet they lent me had a GoPro mount, so I didn't have to buy any attachments, which was good. I definitely want to use it again!

Some of the best customer service we have seen. Our jeep reservation was mixed up but they gave us a Harley for three days for the price of two very friendly awesome group of people

Unfortunately we had a Very unprofessional experience here. As the weather is unpredictable on Oahu, it started raining the day we were suppose to go out. Even though it was pouring outside they were not flexible to switch the date. We understood our opted motorcycle was booked the following days, but we said we would take ANY OTHER they had available…
We walked by every day and they always had a full parking lot of bikes, availability was bot an issue, but that’s the excuse they use.that everything was already rented and they couldn’t give us any other bike on any other day.
The bike was ok, my only issue was with the lack of understanding, flexibility and …basically the lies. I would recommend booking somewhere with flexible options in case of bad weather. We were only able to enjoy 2 or 3h out of what was supposed to be a full day.
