City Mill - Kaneohe

It's convenient but the mfk line holyyyy shih. Most of the time its their charge account customers that take an hour. Take forever in here.

Went looking for plants and garden stuff. They had some really nice outdoor plants, but on this trip, I was looking for something else. Great place to shop for home needs.

You need it, they got it. Associates are knowledgeable in what they do, and our safety conscious and welcoming to the public. Keep up the good work guys!

Will return to this store they had what I wanted but needed to check on the size at home first

Friendly helpful attentive staff. People here are very nice and are trained well on how to help. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of items.

One request, please don't sell food that says "cancer" on the back. My friend came back and I looked at the bag and it said "cancer" on the back. We were horrified and threw them away. There are many fun snacks out there so maybe pick a different product?

This doesn't impact at all how good the store is. Love it and go there a lot. Just trying to make a request and pointed out in case someone else to see you these snacks there and doesn't look at the back of the bag.

When I was going in to city Mill, I saw Sandy open the exit door for a gentleman coming in on a walker then she called for employes to help get him what he needed. She and the manager Justin and all the staff are very helpful to and attenitive to customers. They have helped me on several occasions in the right direction of what I needed. Sometimes I know I need something, but I dont know exactly what I need I appreciate all the times the staff have helped me figure out what I need to finish my project. You get the best service at kaneohe City Mill when you need it.

Good hardware store. Some reasonable prices but most are a bit more expensive. They do price match but I'd rather not ask for it. I did it one time and it wasn't a good experience. If you have a big project or purchasing something big I suggest homedepot or lowe's. I know we have to support our local stores but we also have a budget to keep.:)

Best Hardware store in Kaneohe in my opinion. They have great staff who are helpful and go out of the way to help you!

Great Old Fashioned hardware supply.
We got a 4 foot LED fixture to replace a failing flouresent.
Good for 45 years now!
