Clinical Labs of Hawaii reviews
10Had a good experience at Clinical Labs in Kihei/Wailea getting a PCR test for travel to Australia. Booking online was easy, and test result was back in 24 hours (promised in under 48 hours). Very little wait for the paperwork, payment and swabbing (about 15 minutes). The cost was reasonable (120$). Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic for PCR testing.
Waited almost an hour for a routine blood draw. The techs weren't doing anything just walking around like they didnt have a line of patients waiting. Never coming to this location again.
Had a good experience at Clinical Labs in Kihei/Wailea getting our PCR tests for returning to Canada. Booking online was easy, and test results were back in under 24 hours. Staff could have been a little more friendly, but overall would recommend this clinic for PCR testing.
We use Clinical Labs regularly. The web scheduling and on-line results work great. Have never waited more than 5 minutes for a lab draw.
Extremely painful experience for my 3yr old daughter, ridiculously rude staff, never again.
I use Clinical Labs regularly. There is usually a 30 minute or less wait. I've never waited more than 30 minutes. The techs are always professional and friendly. The lab areas and restroom are clean.
Such a painful experience.
Unfriendly staff, 45min wait for a blood test despite having made a reservation.
Definitely not coming back
Ok, customer service is awful, we are trying to get our results back for over 3 months, nobody does anything about it and they no longer answer the phone. My results, done about 6 months ago, were wrong, because they were measured backwards, luckily my physician was still able to read them. Very unprofessional.
They really need a dedicated receptionist to help them keep track and manage appointments vs walk-ins. I had an appointment and started to realize that the lab was taking in walk-ins before folks with appointments. I am scheduled for surgery in 2days and the surgeon needs the results. Is was chaotic at the lab and I made sure to verify that the lab tech had the official lab request. Now I just pray it gets done. I wish that was aware of this location's rating because I would have taken a later appointment at the Kahului location, they are amazing there. I witnessed a lab tech accept a patient's urine collection cup. She put it in a tray and never changed her gloves. It was a fresh sample I saw the person come out the bathroom. The tech touched the copier, phone, and other items. Scary idea to think that she may never put on fresh gloves. She could have been more professional in handling medical and laboratory equipment. There is so much room for improvement!
