Costco Tire Center, Waipahu HI

We needed a tire patch on my husband's 35s and it was after 6pm on a Friday night. No place was open except Costco. We called and were encouraged to come in but warned there would be a wait since we didn't have an appointment. We got there and they were very courteous. Quoted a 40-50 min wait and were right in the dot. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. I recently bought my dream car, a 2004 VW Convertible ️. Within five days of purchase, we had a flat tire. We changed the flat tire only to find out that the spare was just as deflated as the original tire. We bought a spare from Costco, brought it home, changed the flat, and returned to Costco with the car and the intent to purchase four new tires. We bought new tires. When Kelsey took us outside to inspect the car, he realized that one tire was new - the same brand even. Kelsey told us he would refund what we had paid, rework the paperwork, and charge us for four tires. Bonus, we were able to keep the manufacturer's discount. I am grateful for Kelsey's honesty and integrity.

We bought our car battery here about a month ago and Costco beat the other pricing competition (AutoZone, Walmart, etc.) by a long shot. I was very happy with their service.

Good value, they fix punctures for free if tires were bought there.so convenient now that they rotate tires too.go early morning to beat the crowds.

Micah and his coworkers were super quick in changing out all four of my tires on my Prius. He even helped me out of jam since I Iost my Costco membership card over the weekend. Thanks again Micah!

They were fast to install my tires but after installation I checked my tire pressure and they were all over 15psi higher than the specification. They fixed it right there in the parking lot but come on.those are fundamentals.

Awesome service. Very friendly and professional. I called before stopping in around 11: 00 but didn't schedule an appointment and still it was relatively fast at about an hour. With the waiting time I was able to walk into Costco and view every aisle at my leisure (I normally go straight to specific aisles when I'm just shopping there). Before stopping in I had a valve cap missing and I found out after arriving home that they had replaced all caps which was really nice. They also take care of your car's interior and use plastic covers on the steering wheel and seat. Very pleased with my experience there.

Special ordered my tires a couple weeks ago here. Taylor was the sales associate who helped me out, and he was awesome. He painlessly helped me pick out a good pair of tires for my Subaru Impreza that were within my price range.

Came back today and had my car taken in and tires put on in 30-minutes flat. Taylor was the associate who helped me out again today. Unbelievable service today from him and everyone else in the back that helped me today.

I was very pleased with my visit. Fast, friendly and professional.
I arrived around 7: 30am on a Monday. With 2 customers in front of me it took about 15 minutes for me to get to the counter. The 1st guy in line didn’t have the correct info on his vehicle so it slowed everything done. After completing my paperwork quickly, I was back in my car and driving away within 45 min. The work included removing a spare on the front, moving my older rear tire to that location and putting my new tire on the rear. After reading previous reviews, I expected a long wait but that wasn’t the case today.

No line at 1pm, the first time that's happened. Car was ready under the estimated 2 hour period. Very satisfied with the service today!

Costco Tire is always busy and the gentlemen who work there make sure to say thank you for your time and waiting, and suggest dropping your car off. They are very upfront with the wait (which is very much appreciated). The workers also took my issue with lug nuts and called right away, the workers were friendly, quick to answer my calls, went ABOVE and BEYOND without an extra charge. Thank you COSTCO TIRE!

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about tires. The light in my instrument panel came on so I checked the tire pressure and spare tire pressure to make sure they were within specs. I drove my truck to Costco tire center, they checked for free if my tpms was working good in each tire, unfortunately they weren’t, so I told them to change them all. The price for 5 tires was about $300 compared to the dealer price about $900, they also reset the tpms and the light is off now.

Take so long waiting on the line. It has 3 computers but never 3 people working. It has been my 4 time here trying get a new tire. It need more people working for sure.

My tire pressure light came on and I went straight to Costco. It was about 8: 30 in the morning and I waited a few minutes. The service guy was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked the last time I checked my tires and I said probably about a month and a half ago. He tested the tires with his gauge and 3 tires were low. He asked me to pull up to the service area and he would put in air to see if that was the problem. And he filled them up and I was done! WOW! Thanks Costco tire guys!

I took our car in to get new tires at Costco. One of the new tires went flat within six months. When trying to replace the tire we discovered the nuts had been threaded incorrectly. One bolt broke as we were trying to remove the tire, then a second one broke as we tried to tighten the nuts we had already loosened. I would not go here for tire service again.
