Costco Wholesale, Honolulu HI

I embarrassingly made a merchandise return and as usual, the Costco customer service agent was totally cordial (Nicolas) and allowed me to maintain my dignity by courteously making the transaction quick, painless and devoid of guilt.
Can't beat Costco!

Shopping at this Costco location has always been. Good staff and friendly for most of the time, especially, during this challenging Pandemic time.

Kinda love this place. It is hard to beat their prices. Store is run just ok. Not the friendliest Costco store I have been to.

I'm a huge fan. Great food, good pastries and it's cheap! 12 boxes Kirkland signature almond milk are only $9.99. Can you believe that!?

My favorite Costco on this island. It is busy, but has everything you would expect to find in Costco. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I go there regularly.

Great variety of items. Fair prices. Not to crowded. Always ample parking. Great place to shop! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wholesale club!

Normally shop at Iwilei store but I happen to be early for an appointment in the Hawaii Kai area. I was just going to browse. Did not plan to go shopping. Found a few bargains that I could use. Purchased a cooler bag which I could use for traveling AND a place to store the 4 small item I purchased that day. Also found the sales person that I normally dealt with for years in the cell phone kiosk. He had transfer stores.

I had a wonderful shopping experience this afternoon. I want to especially commend the store associate Beau for his excellent customer service and product knowledge. He also helped me find my lost shopping partner!

Good customer service and well-stocked and maintained location. Staff is excellent at sanitizing carts and crowd management to ensure safe shopping. They are also great at social distancing and mask wearing standards that are so critically important right now.

I usually find what I need in bulk at this place. Regrettably, though, I've been here several times and they still don't have gloves, alcohol, sanitizing spray/ wipes (at least all the times I went). But, still a good place to shop to buy in bulk! Huge time and money saver if you have a big family.

Best Costco on Oahu! Wasn't crowded at all on Thursday evening. The cashiers are very helpful with boxing up our groceries too.

Associate Alan really helped me out. Locked my keys in the car and he allowed me to use his cell to call a family member to come down with a spare key. He was a life saver! Truly so thankful.

Much less crowded than the Costco in town (Alakawa), MUCH better produce and more variety of frozen goods, and generally a nicer store.parking is more limited but the lot and patrons there are usually calm, unlike what happens at the Alakawa store.
