I was with all the other providers and was very dissatisfied, especially with all the hidden expenses and charges. And their phone prices were outrageous! Cricket offers a variety of phones from ancient flip phones to top of the line galaxy and iPhone. And plans to fit the customers needs. I have the unlimited plan and am very happy. Keep up the great work!

I love cricket they are the best cell phone company. I had good sale person her name is courtney and she helped us with what ever we needed to know about certain items and other services I would recommend an referral anyone to cricket they are the best place for purchasing a new cell phone

The large woman with piercings was no help at all. Lazy! Didn't want to answer any questions or try to help me. To busy looking at her phone to help me

Best service. The doors are open and customer care is helping people out. Unlike yhe local competetitors. We would not have gotten iur problem solved with the other carriers

Unfortunately, I went through a few phones in 2019. They all met their demise in various ways. Cricket has been a reliable and affordable cell phone service for myself and my partner. We've had friends visit from overseas or the mainland (who are with a phone company that does not get any service in our area) and jump on our plan for the duration of their stay for only an extra $10/month. They cancel their service when they leave the island, whether it's been two weeks or three months. After going through a couple of phones I was not excited about shopping for another phone. I have to give major credit to Daynna at Cricket. She's awesome! My partner also needed a new phone in 2019. She spent at least 30 minutes setting everything up for him and showing him how to use his new phone. She has been super helpful, positive, informative, and fun to talk to each time I've had to go into the Hilo location.

Workers always come and go at this location. Seams like every time I go theres new faces. But rarely have I had bad customer service. Kind of slow if your in a rush. But they work at getting you tooken care of quickly when needed.

The last time I was here I was helped by Chad, God bless him, he has so much patience and tolerance for deliberately ignorant individuals that frequent this place. My friend and I received excellent customer service. The services provided by this carrier I have had no complaints. Definitely recommend.
