Denny's, Honolulu HI

This is not open 24 hours. We were there at 5: 40 am on a Sunday and it was closed. Not a soul around.

What a find! The staff and management team were so friendly and professional. The service is prompt, efficient and accurate. We have eaten here two mornings in a row and plan to eat breakfast here for the remainder of our trip. Dining out can be costly in general when visiting Hawaii but this breakfast option is a great value. We have actually skipped lunch both days since our breakfast was so hardy. The house coffee is pretty good as well. Give them a try - I don't think you will be disappointed.

Our waitress was funny. Food was pretty decent. Nothing special, but good for a quick breakfast before beginning the day's adventures.

My Partner and I stayed at Imperial waikiki and wanted to check out Dennys. I went back everyday particularly for the server Tina. She put in 110% effort into our services and gave so much energy, she really made our trip. Dennys Waikiki she is a real asset to your team. Many memories were made that we will share with our Australian friends and and family back home!

It's perfect for an American breakfast. It was very crowded during breakfast and lunch. Everything was good except that the table was narrow.

Mona was outstanding. Best service we've had during our entire stay in Hawaii. Food was GREAT.

Best Denny’s on the planet. Efficient staff, excellent hot fresh breakfasts. We stayed across the street at the world-renowned Halekulani Hotel but went here every morning. They did not miss a beat at Denny’s.

Ramona was amazing. She greeted us quickly and took our orders by memory. She was friendly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. Thanks Ramona! Will definitely be back.

Crowded everytime we went. That's a good sign. Ideally situated among 4 or 5 hotels, their menu covers all food groups. Despite the crowds, they do an excellent job of managing all aspects of the business. We waited to be seated but it didn't take long. The wait staff was friendly and punctual. The kitchen was a bit slow but we understood based on the crowd and the number of orders. The food was well prepared and correct. We wish we had this restaurant in our town!

I got some pancakes for takeaway and they tasted like your standard fat food pancakes. I lined it because they gave us a whole box of whipped cream, and two sashays of maple syrup. The food came fast and for a very cheap price. I would put 5 stars but the pancakes did taste a bit cheap, and the second pancake i received was burnt all in the middle. I would recommend if you want a quick breakfast, though!

My wife got her food 10 minutes before mine. She was done eating before my meal even came to the table. The waitress could have cared less.

This is a great place for delicious breakfast. The pancakes were delicious. All the staff amd manager were friendly and delightful.

Our waiter, Shane, was excellent. He was professional and had a good sense of humor, a nice encounter for early morning!

Tina, our server, was so attentive and friendly! Made us smile. The food was delicious! Veggie omelet, fresh fruit, and yummy pancakes! The coffee is good and strong! Best deal in Waikiki!

Food was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the staff, no thankyou as we left, just slamed the register shut and mumbled " unbelievable " and walked away because We tipped $5 on a $30 bill! Sadly we will not be back!
