Domino's Pizza, Kailua HI

Placed an order tonight a little after 8pm. I received a text saying my driver was on the way at 8: 30ish. Around 9: 15, I looked at the tracking thing and it showed my driver on MCBH and the ETA of my delivery would be 9: 19. I called the store after that and the person told me that my driver was near my house. I called back at 9: 30ish and was told the same thing. I had asked if they could just remake my order and I’ll come and get it myself. That person told me that no, she’s nearby. Shortly after that it had said my order was delivered but nope. I drove to the store and they made all these excuses that the app had a glitch and that the driver was right by my house. They said they could remake my order. In the meantime, my bf had texted saying the pizza came and it was cold. This was roughly 9: 48pm. The last screenshot I took the ETA was 9: 51pm so no, the app did not have a glitch. The timing was almost spot on. I have all the screenshots saved but I won’t post them for now. I feel like they should have offered me the delivery fee back because I should not have had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for cold food I live 3 minutes away (driving) from the store so idk why they felt it was a good idea to send my order with someone going to the Marine base. In the time it took, I could have walked to dominos, walked home, and repeat two more times. Hence, I’ll probably go back to Pizza Hut or do pickup from dominos only.

** there is a really nice guy who works there during earlier shifts. He’s awesome. He is the one in the front every time I went to pick up.

Just ordered a medium pizza, pineapple pepperoni, and mushrooms. It was the single worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had! Spent took 2 bites! Also at $25! Delivery was fast though called me to meet him outside which was tacky how about knocking on my door…. It was less then 30 minutes! So I called them up and asked was this a premade pizza and they said no, I’ve had safeway pizza under $6 better…I told them my complaint they didn’t care…that means the pizza had to of been cooked in 12 minutes.hmmm somethings not adding up. Horrible pizza horrible dominoes… manager/owner obvious doesn’t care…would not recommend this place and I know Dominoes really well.

I've ordered 4 times from here, and every time I've been given sour, spoiled ranch cups. Dont order from here unless you want to get sick. Serving people food gone bad.

Wow, after waiting more than an hour an 20 minutes for my pizza, the driver pulls up, doesn't even get out of the car. Says nothing, not even a hello. Then proceed to hand me my pizza out the passenger window. Not a word was spoken. I won't be ordering from here anymore.

Ordered bacon cheesy bread with no jalapeños on my last order however it had jalapeños and we weren’t able to eat it. I was credited a replacement bacon cheesy bread with no jalapeños…. I utilized my credit today only to find out when I got home that the pizza makers think they are cleaver and decided to add a single jalapeño to my cheesy bread as a way to mock me for their mistake, in addition I’m fairly certain they put jalapeño juice on the bread as well due to the spicy taste….

This location is run like a tight ship fast service, good quality and Aaron you can tell holds it all together. From a customer stand point great business.

The delivery driver showed up super late with our order after the domino’s app said that they had delivered our order when in fact we didn’t receive our order until super late. Super disappointed!

Took almost 2 hours to deliver when I’m like 10 -15 minutes away, it was barely warm when it got here and there’s hardly any sauce on the pizza. I’m not trying to be rude but like come on….

Absolutely the worst service and experience I’ve ever received. I ordered with 50 min estimate, after an hour I call and ask where it is, they say 30 mins more. I ask why it is late and they cancel my order then say goodbye and hang up. Don’t order here!

Good place for decent pizza after 7pm. Should be rated 3.5 to 4 stars, but I upvoted them for being open later than other places

Domino's thin and crispy pizza is absolutely the bomb. The best pizza I ever ate in a long time. You've got to try they're thin and crispy!

So after being kicked off online, I decided to drive to get the same pizzas I ordered online, picking up the same pizzas was more expensive. Keep you dominoes points I earned, never coming back! Extremely dissatisfied

Food was ready very quickly and then just sat in the window for almost an hour. The pizza and cheese dip was gross by the time it arrived.

Best place to order cold Dominos pizza and poor service on island. Your average wait time for cold pizza is 70 plus mins. Definitely a big thumbs down. Recommend if you want above.

It has been a long time since I ordered from Domino's and I glad to say that the ordering experience, delivery, and food were much better that the last time. I am glad I chose to try something different.

Took over two hours to be delivered from time order was placed. When delivered pizza was not in a warmer, it was sitting in drivers seat. The pizza was cold and stale.

The service was horrible me and my wife order they messed our order up, they also left the food by our trash and still charged us full price domino's is garbage.
