Customer service is great! They are busy so order ahead. Parking not great.but pizza was good!

Great selection, service and friendly staff. Thanks to cauliflower crust, just need to order it with garlic and good toppings to add flavor.

There is one foul lady that works there. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I really suggest that she learns customer service. I am not saying that she needs to give away food or anything like that but when an ingredient is not added as it should be and the customer points it out don't resort to your primal ways and start cursing. I am talking to you at Keeaumoku the bigger local she-man. You live in a civilized society violence will just get you locked up. Mellow out and be humble or you will fall according to the bible. If you cannot then quit Dominos and go live in the mountains.

I was dubious but in the end it's not bad.obviously it has little to do with the original Italian pizza but it's pleasant. I would recommend adding the traditional margherita pizza which is missing!

Amazing Customer Service. Amazing pick up time. Managers (Nick and Radiance) were on point. Would recommend if you are staying around Honolulu area. Friendly local staff totally chill. Been there several times never disappointed.

I usually don't do reviews, but this is something that no one should receive and experience.
I placed an online order for a Large Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza for pick up. Picked it up and gone home. When I opened up the pizza box, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product I received. My pizza was so soaked and saturated with oil and grease that the box was leaking oil. I get that the ultimate pizza comes with extra pepperoni which contains alot of grease, but the amount of oil that came out of the box was horrendous. I called the store to complain about the pizza. The person told me that that's just how the pizza comes out. He offered me to make me another pizza for me to pick up, but as I was already home, I did not find it worth going back for another. On top of that, the oil and grease from the pizza soiled and left a stain on my car seat. I had already emailed corporate and waiting for a response.

I like their pizza, sandwiches, and chicken with toppings. I haven't tried the tator tots yet. They usually run some kind of special if you have the app.

I love Domino's! My favorite is the Philly cheese steak pizza! I also love the honey BBQ wings! Let's not forget about the marble cookie brownie!

This is the location that I normally go to and I always take carry out. They said I could get 50% off if I used the online services to order, but I will not be going online. I'd rather pay for a good customer service, friendly service as I Support this business again.

Ordered an hour ago. No delivery yet. Driver hasn't left the store. No one picks up the phone at the location.

Cameron was more than helpful. Super nice and great vibes. Most definitely suggest this location. Good was fanominal!

Van the delivery man was SUPER helpful and kind. He gave me extra marinara sauce, icing, and even offered some crushed red pepper! It was quick and delivered perfectly. Thank you to Van!

Ordered a 14 inch hand tossed pizza, and received the wrong order when we picked it up. That was on us for not checking before we left, but when I called to report the incorrect pizza, an employee named “Tony” on the phone was very rude, abrupt, and argumentative when I asked about their refund policy. He blamed me for asking the same question twice, when we continued to be unclear as to the difference between “credit” and “refund. ” I have ordered pizza from this location before, and it was fine. I must have gotten a bad time/disgruntled employee. However, the phone service I recieved was poor. Caveat emptor: Don’t get pizza from the Keeaumoku Domino’s on a Saturday night, lest you deal with someone like “Tony. ”

The clerk at the counter gave it to me while throwing it badly.
I asked for a receipt after I paid and an employee at the counter threw the receipt.

I ordered chicken and the order of tater tot’s. I got two orders of tater tot‘s and no chicken. I called the store and the manager said they will deliver my chicken, but it will take about a half an hour to 35 minutes the first time I ordered it. It came in 18 minutes, now it’s been one hour no chicken. That’s how it is with dominoes. I guess I’m not at all happy but you guys make the call on your own to see if you would be happy.

Got there about 5 minutes before pizza was ready so waited in car. As soon as I got update on the app I went in 2 diners in a booth but no at counter waited 3-5 minutes before they came out from the back, why no service bells

This Domino's makes the best pizza, hands down. Always quick and great service as well.

I know that there is a shortage A drivers and what have you and I have no problems waiting 45 minutes for my pizza but when your pizza comes less than 45 minutes and it's cold that is a problem and for them to just say I'm sorry or I'll give you a credit is unacceptable KOA Moco store is problematic and has been problematic they need to do something about that store I am now going to stop using and I'm going to post actively against them
