Worst doctor and office staff ever! Surgery was done 6 weeks ago, and have been calling to get a referral to PT. I’ve left voicemails and messages with staff, who are constantly giving excuses for why the doctor hasn’t followed up (they’re short staffed, the message system was down, etc). I called the surgeon instead and the referral was sent over within 15 minutes. The problem is the surgeon said patients need to follow up with their PCP for any post-op issues. Dr. Fusato is completely MIA and trying to get in touch with him is pointless. Going to change my PCP to someone who actually cares about their patients.
