Egan's Bootcamp Aiea

I'm so grateful to have found this place, this program/training is just perfect for me. The whole support and guidance from the coaches and the bond with fellow members really makes me comfortable and wanting to come back everytime. This program is just the perfect motivation for me I've been searching for.

Delicious puertorican food. I ordered mofongo con pollo a la plancha y arroz con gandules. Ask for the Colombian empanadas too! Delish and flavorful.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Egans Bootcamp in Aiea. The ohana environment mixed with the motivation ensures you get the workout you came for every time. Even if you don’t fell like working out, just make it to the door, and trust me you will leave better than you came.

I have been looking for a social setting for working out - working out alone was just not cutting it for me. What I love best about Egan's is that everyone is just there to workout and have a good time. I disliked the gym because it felt like such a meat market to me. I never feel judged or that I'm being one-upped by the person next to me. When I workout, I ugly-sweat. And at Egan's, the sweatier, the better! Folks wear it like a badge of honor at this place. People are also super friendly and all the staff was saying hello to me by my name within the first few weeks!

Classes are a quick 30 min, but you can take multiples back to back if you want a longer workout (although the workouts are generally the same for that one day).

As a full-time working mother, it took a little bit of figuring out how to get their class times to fit into my schedule. If your kids can sit and occupy themselves, lots of other parents bring their kids with them and they're usually sitting on the side, on their ipads. My kids actually look forward to me coming to class because they can play on their ipads or hang out with friends they've made.

If you're looking for a group setting with no judgement, this place is worth giving a try. I started out with a free week and came pretty much every day before officially joining.

I love Egan’s! Everyone there is always encouraging each other, especially the coaches and staff. They are always there to help and push you to go even further. Always having fun and working out hard!

I didn’t think I would’ve kept going after the 21 day challenge. The staff is super friendly and very motivating to get you back to the mat. Best decision I’ve made.

This gym is awesome! I started going with the 6-week challenge and ended up extending and signing up for the year. The environment is very inclusive and supportive. It's ok to be less than fit when you start, I was a super couch potato when I first started and I was really worried about the intensity and being able to keep up and although I still cannot keep up, it's ok because the point of bootcamp is to push.and become less couch potato-like. What really helps is that the coaches are able to modify the different excercises to suit your mobility and fitness level to help you get the most out of the workout. Not going to lie, the price of the membership here is a little steep but I feel like it's worth it.

Very friendly, genuinely caring people really rooting for your success! Makes a world of difference in reaching your goal.

Nothing like this Exercise program, excellent trainers, atmosphere full of positive people all working hard to better themselves to have a better life.

This is the first gym that I have felt like more then just a patron. From day one the energy has been contagious and it makes me want to come back and push myself to be the best I can be physically. Unfortunately due to some pre existing conditions I had to slow down, but after I get cleared to return.best believe I WILL!
