Eli definitely knows what he’s doing. Especially when it comes to VA loans. Never once did he make us feel pressured into buying a home. We were on completely different time zones and even with a 6 hour time difference he always answered our calls or texts. He had to explain things to us over and over and never once got irritated with us asking him the same questions. He made sure to lock us in when interest rates got low. We definitely appreciate his website the most since his Mortgage calculator is pretty much spot on. As a military family we heavily relied on his website to check the Affordability and military pay calculator to make sure we would be able to afford the monthly payments on any home we had interests in. At the end of all this we didn’t just end up with a broker but also family. He definitely makes you feel like family.
