Everything overall was great: rooms were nice and clean, secure parking area, nearby shopping, delicious complimentary breakfast / evening reception service, and the mezzanine area (s) made for a wonderful space to hang with family and friends!

A special thank you to Reed for accommodating us on such short notice, mahalo nui loa. We’d like to recognize Leilani (overnight shift) for the amazing level of service we received throughout our entire stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, went above and beyond to not only assist us but every client we would see her work with. She’s truly a gem, the epitome of the Aloha spirit and also what the hospitality standard should be! The breakfast staff also deserves a huge kudos, they worked hard and always had a great attitude and smile. The housekeeping team were on point, thank you for everything!

Would have loved to have given the 5th star but there was one situation that didn’t sit well with us. Being a fellow Executive Team Member with Hilton for almost 11 years now, this is the first time we’ve encountered a situation that made us feel “uncomfortable”. Upon check-in, we paid for our entire 15-day stay in full up front - with the understanding that parking is an additional daily fee along with any charges added to the room. 10 days into our stay, Asia calls us needing a card on file for incidentals (completely understandable). We informed her we’d stop by the desk when we got back to the property to take care of it (in which we did). The “uncomfortable” feeling stems from our room keys being deactivated while we were out and the manner the situation was handled. Our brother and 2 young boys stayed back at the hotel while we tended to memorial service activities and responsibilities. After spending time at the pool, they realized the keys weren’t working and called us immediately. The issue we had is we prepaid for the entire stay so we still had 5 days paid / about $1,000+ credit on file (meaning the property still had funds we hadn’t utilized yet) but chose to lock us out of our room over $52 for parking / room charges? All of this even after we informed Asia we would stop and take care of it? The manner in which we were handled is what made us feel “uncomfortable” due to the responses we received of “we weren’t sure if you all were returning” which makes absolutely no sense based on the details listed above. We spent the rest of our stay “walking on eggshells” and definitely feel it could’ve been handled considerably different.

Despite that situation, we still had a wonderful time at the property and would certainly recommend it to others.

Thank you,
Patrick & Bree Tia

Stayed here last week for a 3-day getaway! Very friendly staff, clean room, large bathroom and spacious suite! The free breakfast is a plus and what a nice location. Staff members Braxton & Asia are the best for helping me out with a housekeeping issue.

10/2022
Picked this hotel randomly and ended up being a fantabulous choice. Friendly and service oriented staff from front desk, to housekeeping, Sprigs for breakfast that comes with the room - and awesome, to Takumi Japanese restaurant. Will definitely be back just for the two unique food and beverage choices and service. Facilities are also clean and well kept and still pretty new. There is a charge for parking but the return value on your cocktail tickets and free breakfast easily outweighs it. Try it for your next staycation or an inexpensive convenient layover or traveling option. You won't regret it. Sorry, didn't get a clean shot of the suite but I'm sure you can find pics. ️

The staff is AMAZING! I called the day prior to my arrival concerned about weather delaying my flight. I spoke with Marissa and she was so nice! She listened and offered options to assist. She answered all of my questions and was so sweet! There is a wonderful guy that works the front desk overnight and he is very attentive also, I just forgot his name.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is very tasty! No matter where you go in this hotel you will find staff that makes you feel at home! The staff at Takumi Japanese Sushi & Bar is so friendly I felt like I was at home with friends! The room was clean and very spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable.

My only suggestion for a better stay would be for either Takumi Japanese Sushi & Bar or Sprigs grill to be open to provide meal options at lunchtime. To have two dining options but neither are open until 5p can be an inconvenience. This wasn’t a concern for me as I was there to visit family and there is a grocery store with great hot food options within blocks of the hotel.

I will be returning to my home away from home very soon!

This was my second time at the embassy and I brought my entire family with me. I was greeted immediately with aloha. My room was spacious and beautiful for my family. The kids enjoyed every moment we were there!

Spent a week here in early November 2022. This was probably one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel. All staff from front desk, cleaning, and Sprigs grill were attentive and courteous. Rooms were immaculate and we free breakfast was served every day! We found ourselves eating breakfast and then dinner because it was so great.
Pool is a nice little oasis with waterfall and screaming hot jacuzzi. Kinda wish they had some sort of music in pool area (seems they were set up for it), but it wasn't a deal breaker.
The hotel itself sits in a quiet part of town away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. About 7 min drive from Ko Olina (where Disney has a footprint at Aulani) and the lagoons, perfect calm water for families and little ones. Also about 1 mile from Costco. 5 min walk from Foodland that sits with a variety of little eateries like ramen, sushi, tacos and Hawaiian BBQ.
We found free parking on street everyday if we were back before sunset, but parking at hotel is $25/night.
Highly recommend if you need a fresh start to the day and then head out on your excursions. We will be back.

I stayed here for 3 nights while in the area for work. The hotel is in excellent condition and is within walking distance to a Foodland and other restaurants. It's different a nice change to the hustle in Waikiki.

The rooms are in excellent condition, still feels brand new and very spacious. It does take a while for the temperature of the water to get hot in the morning. I did ask for a non-connecting room during check in, but was given a connecting room instead. At that point, I was just too tired to go down to change room. Luckily, I did not have any screaming family next door, but feel sorry for the person who had to listen to my meetings at 4am.

Breakfast was excellent. Probably one of the best from an Embassy Suite.

I tried getting a late checkout but I was only able to get a 1pm. Probably next time I will get book an extra night. This is more of a corporate issue, but seems like Diamond status means nothing and isn't enforced by corporate.

Staff was super friendly and informative about what is available around the area.

As of Sept 2022, housekeeping is only available by request.

Regardless, I've have two trips to Kapolei this year and look forward to staying here again.

8/10. Excellent hotel, but got a connecting room and difficult to get a late check out.

Decent hotel. Significantly overpriced for what you get. Front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Toilet ran all night and woke us up repeatedly. When I told them they said “thanks for letting us know”. An apology would have been nice. Almost the same price as Marriott Ko Olina. Crazy!

For the price that you pay to stay at this hotel I would've expected a lot better room. The room we had was two queen beds and a pull out for a family trip. The pull out sleeper was covered in rips and tears, the mattress was covered in red stains and the sheets they initially provided us with were stained and threadbare. We requested new sheets which the staff brought up sheets that were totally ripped up, and then upon mentioning this they assured us they were clean. The bathroom also had mildew all around the shower. The complimentary breakfast and drinks were fine, the staff at the breakfast and for drinks were nice. Very disappointed with the room and the lack of effort put forth to make the room right.

I'll start by saying that the hotel staff was amazing and the highlight of our stay They were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. There were some technical issues with the fire system that ruined my rest the morning of some important traveling, and that really soured my experience. Also, the printing service would not have been worth using if it wasn't free.

Very nice to stay with Hilton Hotel.
I did not know the parking charges until I got the statement. HaHa, I thought it was free parking.

Amazing staff members, always helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was lacking in staples, such as half and half for coffee (they said they only offer CoffeeMate).
