Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

The best hotel I've stayed in. Hotel room was clean, you can smell they had just disinfected before our arrival. Staff was friendly always ready to help, the pool was amazingly clean and drinks were free from 5: 30-7: 30PM with tickets provided to you by staff. Honestly could not get any better. 10/10.

This hotel has the entire package. The rooms were excellent, the location was very convenient, and the pool area and breakfast dining areas were perfect. If you want a full fledged breakfast that is included with your stay this is your place.

Very clean and family oriented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Keala was very kind, welcoming, and she even recommended awesome places to grab food! Valet parking staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was AWESOME and our kids loved the pool! This hotel is nearby restaurants, shopping, and the beach. I would most definitely stay again. THANK YOU!

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room (with a nice view)! This was our (hubby & I) first time in Hawaii as well as our first time staying at Embassy Suites. Right in the center of it all: food, shopping (convenience stores and high end shops), fine dining as well as quick bites! Not to mention just a few steps from the beautiful beach side. The staff were friendly and professional.and, the hot breakfast, OMGoodness! Im talking about real, hot breakfast (not just coffee & pastries) - fresh fruit, french toast, made to order omelets, I could go on.something different each morning - lol! Hubby and I will return to Hawaii again, but we'll probably visit another island.however, if we were to return to Oahu, we would certainly be staying at Embassy Suites. Highly recommend.

Outside of some small issues that were addressed in a timely manner we had a wonderful stay at Embassy. The hotel had good amenities, staff was friendly, room was clean and what really eased our mind, staff and guest were considerate and wore their masks.

Wonderful customer service. Great hot breakfast every morning and the evening reception made it a friendly warm atmosphere. Glad we chose to stay here!

This place was perfect in helping to make our vacation Hawaii perfect! It was everything we were looking for in a hotel; comfortable beds with plenty of space in the suite, hot breakfast, a great place to swim and relax in the evening after a long day, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Solid 3 star, the location and included amenities are the real attraction here. Outdated rooms but great for kids. The evening reception and complimentary breakfast were great.

We have been here before and always enjoyed our time here. Hotel is centrally located. Staff is great. We will come again.

Great room friendly staff.close to the beach, shopping. Awesome hikes 18 min away. For coffee drinkers who can't stomach hotel coffee starbucks 3 min.walk. No line 5: 30 am:)

Embassy Suites has become my go to hotel for vacations if available. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk did not disappoint. The cleaning lady was the best. She wished of well each day and left a sweet note upon our check out. My only grip was the queens bed looked more like doubles and you hang out with birds in the outdoor or indoor eating areas. The airport should somewhat prepare you for this experience. The suites are actually suites which are nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. They mixed up the food a bit and the pineapple was the best I've ever had. The pool wasn't huge, but not small and very clean. You're in walking distance to most places of interest in Waikiki, but the good beaches require a drive.

Nice and good location. Negatives are, it could be cleaner, light snacks at happy hour are just a choice of chips. If your looking for a nice pool area with shade forget it. No umbrellas unless you want to spend $$$$. Service was ok, but most employees seemed uninterested in people. Maids were great, as was the happy hour main bartender. Overall it was a good experience, but maybe not the best considering the high cost.

Our family usually stays at the Hilton Hawaiian, but we found our favorite new hotel! From the moment we got here we were welcomed with Aloha every single employee really made us feel valued. Everyone was so nice and looked like they actually liked their job, I used to work for this company in California and these team members were A+!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. Keanu at the bell desk was great, he gave so many great recommendations. Close to shopping and the beach. Free breakfast in the morning and a pool side reception at night. Very family friendly. Will definitely stay here again

Great hotel experience. The complimentary breakfast every morning was so nice because each day had slightly different food. The location was perfect for us as it was close by to pretty much everything we wanted to do…especially Waikiki beach. The elevators were kind of frustrating at times because they only had 2 small elevators that filled up very quickly and you’d have to wait multiple cycles for an elevator with less people on it, but we made it work eventually. Our room was perfect all around and very cozy and hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Embassy suites are really standard for our travels and this one is a pretty good one.

Checking in:
The drive through valet is the first first interaction you'll have and they're very attentive and swift at positioning the cars. They're always swift and helpful. You'll get the standard embassy suites swag.

The rooms:
The rooms are worn but their fine. Warning: I've hung beach towels and swim suits from a lot of balconies but the wind blew stuff off this one. The bathrooms are large but outdated. Mechanically they're fine.

The location:
I really loved the location traveling with a family. You could do anything from fine dining to subway within a short walk. The ABC store across the street has just about everything under the sun and you're a couple blocks from the ocean. The beaches here are very busy though. Reservations are a must and we saw up to three hour waits for 2-4 people.

The pool:
It's small but it's okay.

Cocktails and breakfast: are on the forth floor and are outside. They're nice and provide some decent views.

Great Location and great breakfast! Close to the beach and all the shopping you would ever need! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed this hotel with my family! The environment & atmosphere of the hotel was great. Hotel staff was kind and very helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Everything worked just fine. The crew was always helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is literally across street from the beach where you can surf or just relax in the sun.
I Loved it, and I hope to go back again!
